  Why would Cogeco follow me now! just cause i finally realised what going on! And why my internet is is always down why do i pay for an impossible speed ! Why no one told me about the 500 mb /sec before i paid years of full price!! Yeah! i cought on!

  @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

  @cogeco. Holy ****! They call me telling me I owe them money. Been with them for a little over a month. I have to tell them I’ll call them back. I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! 🙄
