    @cogecohelps @cogeco Thanks I did use the live chat 5 days ago when this was an issue. It was a bigger issue on your end that was solved by the time I got ahold of the escalation team.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Do you have 30 minutes? Suffice it to say I cannot get the service to work in a consistent manner and my kids and I keep getting kicked out of meetings. Would love a manager to contact me.

    Anyone else having issues with @cogeco @cogecohelps internet service? Ours has been out for a couple hours. All these outages - think it's time they give customers a credit for crappy service!

    @cogeco i am having issues with my tivo mini. Would cut out over weekend and now won't connect to internet. I would love just one week without some sort of issue with my cogeco services.

    Anyone else out there in Habland getting screwed by Cogeco super sports pack tonight? No signal on any of my channels. 38 minutes on hold 55 minutes total and no game yet. 🤬
