    Dear @cogeco, I’m a patient person, but if you have multiple province wide outages in the span of 2 days, own it, respond immediately, and at least show that you care about your customers. For me, it’s not the lack of service that will cause me to cancel, it’s the lack of care.

    @cogeco I hope you realize you've had a major internet outage for over an hour. Burlington and Windsor (at least) are down.
