I’ve had no internet or cable for over 24 hours now, and your service has become completely unreliable time and time again. After this, I’ll be switching to @Starlink. Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies. The outage page on our website is currently affected, and we will be posting updates here once we have more information. We are working as fast as possible to resolve this issue.

Norm (@quietlybless) reported@cogeco better have service running for the game. Its been 15 hrs! Although storm is out of their hands, 2 minutes on hold to find out my postal code area still has outage is an unnecessary time grab. Add this to the other 364 days the service sucks. @CRTCeng
