I have been touting how great @cogeco is to their clients who are loyal. But after 38 years of paying for their service I finally have had it with those A-Holes. You can burn in hell along with Bell Canada. Go @#$& yourselves Cogeco

@cogecohelps I spend over an hour and a half on hold. Only to have your loyalty support person hang up on me. I guess Cogeco doesn’t want my business anymore. 20 year customer means nothing to you.

@cogeco provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only has our internet been down every single week for the past month, today a rep. from technical support named Richard called us a liar when we complained about the service not working and they hung up.

yup..I called it..landlord sueing Cogeco for drilling that small hole w/o consent..what a total pos this guy is!! hope L&TB takes this b.s into consideration of what a total ******* he is!!

@cogecohelps once again i am experiencing wifi outtages. I am new to Cogeco, after leaving Bell, but I am so far NOT impressed with the service. Once again epico not working. Have to consistently restart the system, wifi always dropping out. Terrible.

@lambk @cogeco It is now my goal to spread and reply to everyone on twitter just how bad Cogecos service are and to stay away. Far away from this "internet provider"
