    @the905guy @frizzle71849160 @cogeco That is the dumbest take. We paid for a service, they are failing to provide that service. Questioning about a discount or refund seems pretty reasonable when they can't even keep their service running, let alone at the speed that was advertised and agreed upon.

    @PassiveCndIncom I've heard a number of people have had issues with Cogeco since this started, I wonder if they're getting overloaded. Ours has been fine to this point. We only seem to do about 1.5 hrs total 'online' each day anyway, most of the activities seem to be independent/free time.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Well what caused the outage - is it same reason that is causing today's outage? I mean don't pass the buck and refuse to say what or who is causing the outages. rather sad behaviour for a Corp that has a monopoly to just say "not our fault".

    @pauldgowan @cogeco Yes, their service is down province-wide. Any form of support or customer service is completely unreachable.

    @OuzoFC @cogeco Unfortunately it's different for every device. On Windows it's pretty awful: Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network Connections -> (your active connection) -> Properties -> I.P.V.4 (TCP/IPv4) -> Properties -> Use following DNS Server Address -> 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
