Cogeco I’ve followed the guide to reset my wifi the password you provided is incorrect. This is the 2 time this week I am without internet service. You continue to increase your fees and your service is getting worse. I am not impressed. I hung up after waiting 30 mins for help

@cogeco @cogecohelps Swapped to Cogeco because of their 1gb deal. I've had more problems in 1 month than I did with my old ISP for over 5 years! Constant disconnecting for last 3 days, making working from home impossible. Extremely disappointed with your service.

@cogeco @cogecohelps I can't believe the rude service that I've received. I call to explain my situation, and instead, your adviser continually tries to cut me off before I can finish, and then decides to disconnect the call on me! What the hell kind of customer service is this!

@EdtheSock Ed the Sock, I’m with an internet company that has has 2 major outages across Southern Ontario since 2021 began. #cogecooutage #Cogeco really sucks. You’re lucky it’s probably not available where you are.

@kenbuisman @cogeco The one time you don't really want your service going down for long periods; when everyone is working from home or studying. Fastest way to get people to move to another provider. This is the second time this week.... terrible.
