  @cogeco The service in Riverdale, Cornwall, Ontario has been horrendous for months, including no service now. We have just about had enough. Please fix it before we are forced to change providers.

  So my actual Cogeco box doesn't work but I can sign into the Epico app on my TVs and phone. So what's the point of the damn box???
