    @cogeco The service in Riverdale, Cornwall, Ontario has been horrendous for months, including no service now. We have just about had enough. Please fix it before we are forced to change providers.

    @cogeco my internet is down again, why does this keep happening? And why do all of my calls the customer service drop? Why am I paying for such an expensive service that is so unreliable? I’m close to cancelling my service over this

    @cogeco no internet again. I tried calling your customer support number and it’s saying the number is not in service. This is getting ridiculous. People are working from home, kids are home schooling. We need the internet. At least update us on the situation.
