@cogecohelps @cogeco Thanks Sandra. Unfortunately that’s not helpful for my kids who have missed their classes today. If you could get this system functional so it won’t go down every time school classes start that would be great.

@cogeco It would be nice if you posted on here and facebook that you have the same issue again today. Looks like a DNS server issue since it does not affect streaming devices or smart home devices. Cogeco definitely needs to get their act together or sell

@cogeco Hi, my home internet isn’t working and I’ve reset my modem. Is there another widespread outage? I can’t work from home without reliable internet!
