@adamfilip @cogeco For me it kinda works, slow as hell and unreliable. I've also tried the cloudfare public DNS, same result

For those with #Cogeco, if you're experiencing connection problems, you can hardcode 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 as your DNS servers until Cogeco fixes the issue on their end. Please dm or @me if you want to know how to do this

@Tierney4351 @cogeco SUPER awesome that their customer support apparatus is completely and utterly unable to help anyone, or even to inform their customers that there are issues. Great show, awesome job, @cogeco!

@Carminevittori5 @cogeco penalized, it's been almost a year into this c rap and they know it, Gov announced online learning was coming and they can't provide service to their customers? Give me a break and stop making excuses for this company, this is unacceptable.

@LimestoneDSB The issue is with Cogeco's DNS servers. If you change the DNS servers on your router to google's DNS it fixes the issues. 8.8.8.8 8.8.8.4

@cogecohelps for those who can try switching your DNS servers on your router to Google’s servers (8.8.8.8 for example). This resolved the problem for me. Seems like Cogeco dns servers aren’t reachable.
