    Give me strength - I have to go to Cogeco today to get them to swap out our digital cable box that no longer works. I know I will be treated like an idiot (are you sure it was plugged in?) and offered dubious solutions. I’m ready - a new cable box or cancel the account.

    Good Morning, as a result of a @cogeco outage our #Lindsay area schools are experiencing an internet service interruption. We have contacted the service provider and they are trying to determine the issue.

    @Bell_Business @Bell WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR INTERNET THE PAST 72 HOURS? I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH FRUSTRATION IN MY ENTIRE WI-FI LIFE. I MEAN COGECO AND ROGERS I'VE HAD FOR 15 YEARS EACH AND AFTER 30 YEARS DECIDED TO GIVE BELL A TRY AND NOW AFTER 2 YEARS NOTHNG BUT PROBLEMS! 😡😬🙄

    @jdeq @cogeco The final insult was when the person on the phone at Cogeco hung up on me after I asked them to report to supervisor why I was canceling. Never going back.
