    @cogeco @morikaweb They've been allowing stupid **** like this to happen here long before COVID and so many people working from home. They're idiots, Bell and Rogers aren't much better.

    Had Cogeco not had that outage last Friday. My internet uptime would have been 100% Calculation interval : 2022-11-01 00:00:00 - 2022-12-01 00:00:00 Total Connected Time : 29d 19:15 Total Disconnected Time : 0d 04:44 Total Availability : 99.34%

    @cogeco A permanent fix would be a second and third fiber run for high availability underground. Until you do that everything on your network is temporary duct tape fixes. I'll be going to the CCTS because you have never resolved my issues to my satisfaction. Ever!

    Ain’t nothing better than having to completely change your day around because you have to get your internet “fixed” again, and the technician can show up sometime in the span of 4 hrs. @cogeco ,please when outages or lines are cut, properly fix it. @cogecohelps

    @cogeco I bet you conditions were bad because of freezing drizzle and some idiot lost control, but who knows anymore? I'm just glad I have internet and I'm inside. @CJarvisGlobal This is the kind of stuff that happens here, I was just mentioning it to @michael_wrobel on email.

    I've had this tv and internet with @cogeco for years. I've just cancelled my service because I've been offered a MUCH better deal. I'm being charged $75 cancellation fee for EACH service. $150 to cancel! Disgusted and pissed! #cogeco #internet #ripoff

    @krisbanfield @ShartyMcWaffles @cogeco Before they were more people using it that we had to upgrade to cogeco. After a year of being with cogeco, every night at 9:30-10 pm my wifi would cut out and stop working, for 3 years straight. Now it's constant wifi issues, or being down, or TV services are failing 3/3
