    I just did a full reset of my Xbox if its still laggy @cogeco is going to actually have to fix my line. @TekSavvyBuzz but I have a full day of redownloading all my games. See ya soon.

    @ronmagnetron @cogeco @cogecohelps Tried chatting with a representative on the web site. Said there was a “noise” issue in the area but no ETA. Then tried to say the issue could be with my router.... classic. But then the chat got cut off cuz the connection dropped...

    @cogecohelps I called Cogeco support and spoke to a tech. He said Cogeco is having troubles today with the type of Cisco modem we have, and they are working on it. Meanwhile, rebooting has improved service, but speed is still not what we pay for.

    @fanCRTCProfling Yes, Bell sucks. Always has. Always will? Rogers sucked years ago. Now much better. Cogeco awful. Videotron consistently good except pricing. Orono Telephone Company was lousy. Lansdowne Rural Telephone was good. Telus (new) not awful. TekSavvy middling, Lightspeed good.

    @cityofhamilton I pay too much for too little performance and constant problems with uptime to Cogeco.

    @cogecohelps As a follow up @cogecohelps was awesome. Resolved my issue quickly. Still disappointed at the company's lack of support over the phone but the folks at Twitter Cogeco made up for it.

    @plainemmajane We are thinking the same thing. Cogeco’s customer service was almost worse than the internet quality

    Me: Cogeco, need a new cable box Co: 2-3 Business Days Me: Business Day 4 where is it Co: Tues through Canada Post Me: Tracking Package shows Tues Me: Day 5 Tracking shows end of Day 6 delivery @Cogeco, why are you using unreliable delivery for a service I can't use for a week?
