Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.     @cogeco There way to many of it going around I was with TD Bank got fraud so many times block people and all fr company that I did know or no account with the company TD have stand behide company not the person with TD you would think they would stand with us but no they never did
