@cogeco @cogecohelps still no internet access in Crystal Beach , Cogeco unwilling to provide any update / status or timeline. The level of service is terrible and frankly unacceptable !!!!!

@cogecohelps my A/C# 50010985625 and my internet service is down for the last 9 hours. I have contacted Technical Help line and they say that the problem can only be fixed via COGECO Visit. The earliest date given is Jan 5th. This is pathetic customer service since we work online

I have spoken to a tech with Cogeco and I set up wht *** going on with our white box,he told me I would have to wait 4 weeks for one so I set it up with him but now my mute button won't come off when u touch it or I can't turn the TV off I need help plse can someone help me
