I pay $45/mo for 15 mb/s, 500GB/mo and the service is excellent. My internet goes down when Cogeco fails, but the customer service is much nicer. If that's a better deal than what you're getting atm, SWITCH! Teksavvy rocks. #telcooligopoly

@cogeco why is there been so many freakin’ outages in my area the last month?? Even if they’re in the middle of the night it’s starting to get ridiculous…its becoming a multiple times a week issue!

@cogecohelps Why is Cogeco so inconsistent with both Internet and Epico...feel like middle ages with such poor and intermittent service and yet I am at the most expensive plan.....You can only reset your modem so much...this is ridiculous...need competition

@cogeco @cogecohelps so yet another outage and no updates or info. Hard to run a home business when cogecos service drops so often and the customer service is about as reliable.
