I pay $45/mo for 15 mb/s, 500GB/mo and the service is excellent. My internet goes down when Cogeco fails, but the customer service is much nicer. If that's a better deal than what you're getting atm, SWITCH! Teksavvy rocks. #telcooligopoly

@cogeco why is there been so many freakin’ outages in my area the last month?? Even if they’re in the middle of the night it’s starting to get ridiculous…its becoming a multiple times a week issue!

@cogecohelps my street in Burlington has had a pretty lengthy and frustrating cogeco problem this week and I’d like to request we all get a bit more info if nothing else. It’s hard to be patient and understand why this problem is so unfixable

@Niagara_411 Left them 5 months ago and it was the best move ever! Cogeco is terrible esp in bad weather and the CSR’s not all but most don’t help or want to help. They don’t communicate within the company to make sure the customer is taken care of. They just want your money. @cogeco

@MeanMrGene @cogeco @cogecohelps Strange. I’m in the north as well. It’s been off and on all night and now complete outage and I can’t access the Cogeco website from cell service which is working for all other internet pages. Ugh, frustrating.
