    @cogecohelps @Momto23 @cogeco Internet down again in Burlington Why does this keep happening? Ready to switch provider because this is soooo ridiculous on how many times it goes down. Can’t get work done and kids are fed up too.

    @cogecohelps No time to hop on with support.. can you check the Burlington Ont area? Currently using my phone to hotspot my computer, which is absolutely ridiculous considering how much we pay your your “services” @cogeco

    @cogeco that’s two days in a row that the service is out at 230pm. Is this an overloading issue? The quality of connection has been an issue for too long now. Switching to fibre optic might be necessary if your fibre coaxial system can’t handle the load. Or is it server based?

    @cogeco why are you downthrottling my service to 150Mbps? Will my internet bill reflect this reduction in service?
