@cogeco @cogecohelps very disappointing service from Cogeco. No service and no help. Damaged underground line will be done in a year. Can anyone from COGECO. We respond. We are without internet!!! Who will bear the cost of data package we are using?

@MIHomeYGK My power never ended up being out which was nice but I had no idea Cogeco would be out. Don’t care at all about TV but it killed my internet connection until half an hour ago.

Goodbye, Cogeco! 2day I switched to TekSavvy. The hardest part? Cancelling with Cogeco.(Hour+ on hold!) 2nd hardest? Re-arranging cords and power bars that live behind 2 v. heavy pieces of furniture I had to move in 30C heat! 🥵 I look forward to faster service at 60% less
