Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies. "You dont need one" On to the service department. Within 2 seconds, it will cost you $75 dollars. I wiuld switch but Cogeco would have to dig up my driveway
