    @LaciMarieKnight The CRTC controls all in Canada & creates regional monopolies , allowing companies to continue giving poor service at high prices. Bell Canada is the worst of the worst with Cogeco and Rogers close behind. They render only services they have to give while controlling what we see.

    Hi @Cogeco, could you please confirm whether evening phone support for existing-account and billing issues has been discontinued? It appears customers can still call in the evening to purchase new services, but not to deal with an existing account. Is that correct?

    @Allan_Gao12 @cogeco Cogeco customer service is piece of crap. I don't need to chat with AI, or listen for 10 minutes how to unplug the modem. When I need help, I need to talk to live pearson. And when I choose that option, I hear: Thank you for calling Cogeco. Good bye!.click. Unacceptable and rude

    @cogeco research to do bit, no f****** internet. Every day, this joke of a business just gets worse. *Reminder: I won't replaced equipment again. FORCED when I moved to switch from tvo. When installer arrived, he had no idea of equipment I had or service to be provided @crtc
