Cogeco was down yesterday and it was fine but I want to thank everybody at Cogeco cause they were working hard to fix it and the switch from bell to cogeco was awesome thanks @cogeco and @cogecohelps

@cogecohelps @cogeco You should be setting the secondary dns for all customers and systems to 8.8.8.8 then if your dns goes down you have an alternative one then it would not go down like this. That is what I did to get back up and running within 20 minutes after I found out it was a dns issue

@cogeco Why can't I get through when calling!?🤬I get hung up on or a busy signal!! I was supposed to be hooked up in full on the 15th, after dealing w many liars & rude ppl, I was promised on the 30th. I still don't have my service on in full!
