@TOBenfica Yeah I loved that service until Cogeco and TSN broke up in January. Frustrating. Cogeco is happy to let you get to the Sportsnet app but not the TSN one.

@cogecohelps @cogeco Totally. You should offer a “feature” where your server Chez don’t text me every other day saying your services are down. And when they’re down, another great “feature” would be to not send out bills to the people who don’t currently have service.

@cogeco Why does your outage tool keep marking it as resolved, then adding a “new” outage. This is classic metric manipulation.

@JamesConnor1999 @cogeco Are you aware the reports of hurricane force winds? With trees and poles broken and uprooted? No tornadoes but hundreds of downbursts, which causes the same type of damage.

@FinneganBC @cogeco I called and sat on hold for 20 minutes just to have @cogeco blame Burlington Hydro. A generator could probably solve the issue and not piss off thousands of their customers but what do I know...

@RetirementLif @cogecohelps The even more frustrating part is my cable and internet was working after the hydro outage, and then it randomly went out at 7pm. There’s clearly another issue they aren’t telling us. Their cogeco outage webpage just also keeps telling you a different time every hour.

@cogecohelps @KiloAlpha11 I mean sure, but since a couple other ISPs are fine, and 40-65% of the city has power - fair to ask why Rogers doesn't have to wait on an update from (a non-existant) entity called Peterborough Hydro, but Cogeco does, no? So much for getting service back by 10:30 pm last night #cogeco we still don't have any and my data is barely working so I'll be lucky if this even posts
