As WEF predicted large internet outages. Is very unlikely that all internet companies have problem exactly the same time. People be aware!!

Robert Glover, no need to hide behind a username (@RobertwGlover) reported@cogeco careful when wanting to start with this company, I am late paying my mobile bill, 35 dollars, so cogeco suspended my account over 35 dollars, yes 35 dollars late 12 days so to help them out it's best to CANCEL the service it won't happen again problem solved

Dr. Robert Aucoin (@RobertAucoin13) reported@cogeco your Epico system and customer support are the worst I have seen in 40 years. Channels work and then don't. DVR is garbage and try to even find the 1-800 number. We keep it on the fridge because you can't find it anywhere on the website which is useless.

Ashleigh Atkinson (@IronForgedFit) reported@cogeco Do better! Internet keeps dropping for prolonged periods of time. Your customer service chat drops and we have to start all over, it’s impossible to talk to anyone (such a poor connection on your end that they ended the call). This is atrocious for what people pay.
