@cogeco The Cogeco website says there are no outages in my area, but I haven't had internet since around 10am. I've tried rebooting my modem but it doesn't help.

@MurphTWN Cancelled my Cogeco service call so they didn’t have to come tomorrow. Maybe ask Mark Robinson why he feels the need to be out, even in this.

@cogeco I wish Cogeco would just say “There is no estimated time of resolution,” instead of just upping the time constantly. We would respect you more for your honesty!

@cogeco Why not tell customers that service will be down until December 26, then if you get it working sooner you’ll look like Rock stars? Having an automated time calculating 60 mins from time of inquiry is frustrating.
