@cogecohelps @cogeco Well what caused the outage - is it same reason that is causing today's outage? I mean don't pass the buck and refuse to say what or who is causing the outages. rather sad behaviour for a Corp that has a monopoly to just say "not our fault".

@the905guy @frizzle71849160 @cogeco That is the dumbest take. We paid for a service, they are failing to provide that service. Questioning about a discount or refund seems pretty reasonable when they can't even keep their service running, let alone at the speed that was advertised and agreed upon.

@cogeco guys, you MUST update your website for the outage. The phone IVR tells you there is an outage but nowhere online does it mention. As a former Cogeco employee, this is an ongoing issue that still hasn't been fixed since my tenure.
