zubic (@zubic_eth) reportedHey @cogeco ๐จ๐ฆ You are by far the worst internet provider out there. Iโve had no internet or cable for over 24 hours now, and your service has become completely unreliable time and time again. After this, Iโll be switching to @Starlink. Thanks for making the decision easy ๐
-
Klink VonSchultznbundy (@JGooballs) reported@Oakvillejaysfan Some companies have garbage customer service but not Cogeco.
-
JerryP (@yarop) reported@KellySuzanne9 @corpcapture @cogeco Internet down in parts of Canada, too. Was this planned in advance? Is this some kind of testing of people's reactions? As WEF predicted large internet outages. Is very unlikely that all internet companies have problem exactly the same time. People be aware!!

Lexi (@Lexi58746074319) reported@passepruneau @cogeco One of the worst handling of a crisis from a PR/customer service standpoint Iโve seen in a long time.
-

-
MrsB (@mrsburnside2011) reported@cogeco itโs really hard to stay a customer when your services are going down every month. Yet again, your website says a fibre line was cut in my neighbourhood and the ETA for repair is over eight hours away. This is ridiculous. It happens too often for it to be an accident.

๐จ๐ฆ Make It Home YGK (@MIHomeYGK) reportedMassive Cogeco outage affecting internet connections and retail POS services, also causing collateral slowdown of other data services as large numbers of customers attempt to temporarily switch to personal cellphone hotspots.

Kini Surrco | Dividend data (@kinisurrco) reported@CDInewsletter Really appreciate the thoughtful reply and coming from you, it carries weight. I ran both Quebecor and Cogeco through the algorithm just now. And I am happy to see that your instincts mostly checkout :) : $QBR-B: ๐ข OPTIMAL | Quality 85, Opportunity 80. P/FFO 8.7x, ND/EBITDA 2.9x, 11.8% dividend CAGR. The model loves this one - Quality 85 is significantly higher than BCE (57) or Telus (58). The 2.2% yield is light, but total shareholder yield is 3.79% with buybacks. $CCA: ๐ CAUTION | Quality 45, Opportunity 70. Yield 6.38%, P/FFO 1.5x. The $2.2B impairment on the U.S. segment (Breezeline) is flagged as a permanent structural problem, not temporary. The algorithm sees the value but doesn't trust the moat. The BCE management trust point is well taken. "The dividend is safe" โ 42% cut a year later is exactly the kind of credibility gap no quantitative model captures. I should probably add some version of this. Thanks again ๐จ๐ฆ
