HumbertOst (@christiancont) reported@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

Scott Dillon (@dillon4412) reported@cogecohelps That's problem with Cogeco. You don't listen. I should get the Detroit feed every night. It makes no sense. I get the Colorado feed. I live a hour from Detroit. I complain a week or so ago. Cogeco switch to the Detroit feed. So I know Cogeco can put on whatever feed they want.

Never (and with the state of Canada's telecom industry this is saying something) have I ever seen a more disorganized, complete MESS of a company. Impossible to deal with, terrible hours and their system is AWFUL.

Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco
