    @cogeco A permanent fix would be a second and third fiber run for high availability underground. Until you do that everything on your network is temporary duct tape fixes. I'll be going to the CCTS because you have never resolved my issues to my satisfaction. Ever!

    @ryck_nancy @oirani1 @lakecitygirl I use Teksavvy, $50/mo for internet. They use Cogeco lines in SW ON. See if they're avail in your area. They also have home phone, but not cell. I still had the net when Rogers went down a few months ago. For that reason, I'm glad my services are split.

    Had Cogeco not had that outage last Friday. My internet uptime would have been 100% Calculation interval : 2022-11-01 00:00:00 - 2022-12-01 00:00:00 Total Connected Time : 29d 19:15 Total Disconnected Time : 0d 04:44 Total Availability : 99.34%

    @krisbanfield @ShartyMcWaffles @cogeco Before they were more people using it that we had to upgrade to cogeco. After a year of being with cogeco, every night at 9:30-10 pm my wifi would cut out and stop working, for 3 years straight. Now it's constant wifi issues, or being down, or TV services are failing 3/3

    Another day, another @cogeco outage. Paying a premium for substandard equipment and service. Not like there's many more options.

    @krisbanfield @ShartyMcWaffles @cogeco Okay, you have valid points. But I've been with cogeco for more than 10 years, and it's almost every month they have another issue with their wifi. I was not affected by this outage, however monthly issues is really not the wave when your spending a fair bit on it.
