I switched to Cogeco 3 weeks ago after being with Bell for 20 years. Big mistake. Has this Epico always been so glitch? Constantly pausing & resetting. Cogeco sent me 2 pods makes no difference

DomCel (@Domceleste) reported@cogeco I switched to Cogeco a couple weeks ago. TV boxes constantly freezing. They sent me 2 wifi extender pods no charge. Still a problem. Then I get a statement 2 days ago and I'm being charged? It seems switching to Cogeco may have been a big mistake

I called they sent me 2 wifi pod extenders for free & still a problem, they said it was no charge then I get a statement 2 days and they want to charge me?
