  • mikefroom Mike Froom (@mikefroom) reported

Ok @cogeco let’s figure it out. I deleted my tweet from last night since I mean I guess at 10pm an outage is excusable if maintenance is required. But at 2:40 on a Wednesday afternoon, this is infuriating. Fix the issues.

@cogeco @cogecohelps @TiVo have you still not had enough time to fix the super sports pack problems? Is really aggravating not being able to access games through the guide.

  • aeris_mel Mel Dominguez (@aeris_mel) reported

@cogeco the internet disconnected out of nowhere 3 or 4 times this month. I'm paying $120 per month and I expect a flawless service. What can we do about this? Otherwise, I might just need to change providers.

  • TimoD110 Tim (@TimoD110) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco Yes. Still no service. Rebooted everything. No service

  • Messi22073084 Kyis (@Messi22073084) reported

@finallyitsmark @cogeco Stoney creek. I have same problem. I get fast internet sometimes but keep cutting.

  • CallMeInfinitay Call Me Infinity (@CallMeInfinitay) reported

@absent_77 @cogeco Bad speeds, connectivity, and response time? Your ISP is really ripping you off. You need to switch to Telus or Bell where they care more about their customers.

  • AllIsStar721 Lafontaes (@AllIsStar721) reported

@cogecohelps @AmandaLeduc @cogeco Is it still down in Hamilton and if so is there an ETA?

  • charlieplante80 Charlie Plante (@charlieplante80) reported

@cogeco that’s two days in a row that the service is out at 230pm. Is this an overloading issue? The quality of connection has been an issue for too long now. Switching to fibre optic might be necessary if your fibre coaxial system can’t handle the load. Or is it server based?
