    @cogeco do any of your employees know how to deal with your equipment that doesn't work. TIVO #4 its dying a slow death, your solution is wait hours maybe days and then take more of our own time to find a solution for you. You should stand behind your service and products. #fraud

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Any logs show “SNMP:50” as the failure point. So clearly you are the ones disconnecting the internet. There is no service or vulnerabilities on any of the computers here and nothing has changed in weeks and months of service.

    @cogeco I'm not a cogeco customer but I keep getting the email bill for customer 60016677530. They're using *MY* email address. Spoke to someone before and they said they'd take care of it. They didn't. I'm sure the user wouldn't want their personal info going to someone else.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Renter here. Experiencing intermittent drops in wireless. It connects. Then stops and drops the network entirely. New modem and “gig unlimited” your support told us to use AVG antivirus to “protect the rest of the network and users nearby”
