    @cogeco Maybe try investing your profits in upgrading infrastructure instead of bloated CEO salaries and high manager ratios. Maybe stop contracting out all your maintenance to lowest bidder. Maybe that would stop all the "issues" you have.

    @cogeco ok I am now done with Cogeco - I can’t believe I have waited this long - service is plagued with problems - another outage today - I don’t care if I have to go cellular

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Looks like the outage is a DNS server problem. Easy band-aid is to hop on Google's DNS while this gets resolved.
