Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.   @wallygator23 @cogecohelps @cogeco I understand problems happen that are out of their control, but it’s the lack of communication (down website, no costumer service) that gets to me because theyve had time to correct it since the last big outage!

  @cogeco You posted a pic of a dump truck and downed wires, is that implying that is the cause of the mass outage? If so, where is the redundancy in the system that would prevent this one area from bringing down service across eastern Ontario?

  Can someone please help us.I have a injured knee and Tati has been seen at the clinic for strep throat I also don’t have a working phone and Cogeco has made a ticket and doesn’t know why I cannot walk home.I scrounged change to get here and I’m glad I did as she has strep. 😭
