@cogeco by far the worst internet provider I've ever had to deal with in the last two days I've had to reset my modem six times and I've only had your services for a week this is just pathetic

@dkritchie I called them on Aug 8th. They said your modem is no good. We are sending you a new one. 3-5 business days. We are on business day 7 so I called #primus . They didn't send the modem. Off to @cogeco tomorrow! Horrible service.

When bell won’t do a single thing to keep you as a customer besides suggesting lowering your internet speed and removing channels to lower your bill I guess you go with cogeco….@Bell
