    @cogecohelps Absolutely no help in dm either. Phone disconnected after an hour of waiting for customer service. My 84 year old mother is now crying and beyond frustrated to see if her service has been canceled. Ask for a phone call cogeco wont do it. She was with cogeco 39yrs

    @MrStache9 All my kids had cells so I killed my landline 14 years ago. Cogeco pissed me off so bad I also killed my internet connection with them and went with some place local.

    @MamaStyles77 @cogeco @cogecohelps Steven, Sandra or whoever is on right now, help Member get her service or funds restored. She could not make calls during hospital trip this week. That is concerning. Do better.

    @cogeco I cancelled my internet service after my contract ended, yet you charged me a $75 early cancellation fee in violation of CRTC rules. I emailed you, but you ignored me. Is this how you treat your customers?
