@cogeco bunch of thieves. Called today to cancel our mother’s cable as she’s been in hospital over 2 months and is never coming home. Apartment is empty but because she can’t call herself she’s had to pay still. She can’t ******* talk. #cogecothieves

@cogecohelps In other words, what can I do because @cogeco goes down so often, which takes me offline, which costs me a lot of money and reputation??? And I can't even reach you on the phone, or I'd be asking there. It's pretty gross service... Feels disrespectful.

@cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!
