    @cogeco I had them once only it was just tv then it was always down and no one ever answers the phone so I put up with it till I would not put up with it any more😡

    @celiamaiello @cogeco I’m a newer customer as well and this has been beyond frustrating, especially not being able to connect with support over the phone!

    @cogeco My internet has been down or on and off and now poor for days. I try to call and can't get through to support or almost any other department. I know of no other way to reach anyone to get this rectified. Help.
