    @cogeco Once again your service is having issues. Half the channels are not working or they are glitching.. this has been happening all month yet our month bill has increased.. disappointed in the quality of service

    I have spoken to a tech with Cogeco and I set up wht *** going on with our white box,he told me I would have to wait 4 weeks for one so I set it up with him but now my mute button won't come off when u touch it or I can't turn the TV off I need help plse can someone help me

    Day 9 , still no internet connection . Cogeco continues to provide no updates or timeline for the issue to be resolved . Total lack of customer service , think twice about using any of Cogeco's services .

    @cogecohelps My cogeco internet isn't functioning well today. My modem just went down and rebooted and the epico box has been showing errors for the past hour

    Well, well, well, what a surprise, my stupid @cogeco #epico box froze again. God forbid I use the pause/fast forward option. @cogecohelps when are you going to offer a better TV service, no way this 💩 service is worth $171/month.

    @cogeco You are most incompetent bunch of morons I’ve ever dealt with. NO ONE get this service Return there junk all in one box then they say we owe for a item they didn’t receive. We have tracking it was all in one box scamming bastards

    @Swiftie01 The problem with Telcos is Canadas small population with large land mass. Building a network is a huge cost so the only way a competitor can operate is to resell Rogers, Bell, Telus and to a lesser extent Shaw and Cogeco. The company will never control their bottom line.

    @cogeco Does that include ensuring your customers have internet access and ignoring them for 10 days . Think twice before using any Cogeco service

    @cogeco need to fix your cogeco wifi app. One of my favorite features from bell was being able to control devices connected to my wifi, being able to block internet access during certain times of day per device connected. Without needing wifi pods.
