@cogeco Once again your service is having issues. Half the channels are not working or they are glitching.. this has been happening all month yet our month bill has increased.. disappointed in the quality of service

@madipede1 @DinaPugliese @cogecohelps Follow up.. Does your audio cut out once in awhile as well?? We have 2old cogeco boxes that we bought and not rent(20 years old) Just had to buy a new box from cogeco..problems are gone with new box but freezing and audio problems still happening with old box.

@bohemianww @TekSavvyCSR @peternowak I've been with teksavvy for a very long time. Depending in where you are, you are getting a resale of Roger's, bell, cogeco. Service issues generally come from them. I rarely have issues with service. And, when CRTC lowered prices, they did right away. Great company!

Are you try to tell me that some other appliance in my home could somehow cause feedback despite not being physically connected to your network? Would you also mind addressing my second question from the tweet above?

@cogecohelps I am really struggling to become a customer for @cogeco, but it seems 5 meters of burial job is a real problem for a company of @cogeco size!! I've been chasing the support team to do this for more than a month, and before the weather gets worse! April 1st!! common

@charlielapin Things got really bad for Cogeco when they changed their back-end systems. They're only now recovering from it.
