    @cogeco Once again your service is having issues. Half the channels are not working or they are glitching.. this has been happening all month yet our month bill has increased.. disappointed in the quality of service

    @cogeco @cogecohelps IT guy came in to “fix” our internet, now we have no internet to our entire top floor. good job guys. keep up the garbage work. 🙃👍

    @TekSavvyCSR @TekSavvyBuzz No need to DM. 2 questions: 1. Why is it impossible for you to deliver the upload speed I pay for, and 2. Why in hamilton am I paying for 120 down / 10 up what Toronto residents pay the same for 500 down / 30 up? (3) Why not just go with Cogeco at this point?
