@cogeco Once again your service is having issues. Half the channels are not working or they are glitching.. this has been happening all month yet our month bill has increased.. disappointed in the quality of service

@BurlingtonHydro They are estimating it being restored at 10pm which sucks, could you let us know if this is @cogeco @cogecohelps fault. I got a notice they are doing upgrades in the area that could cause service disruption

@cogeco is there widespread issues or is my Cogeco box just garbage still. I have had issues since we got it. All the time. It just stops working. Says it can’t do pause/playback, but I was just watching live sports, that’s it. It just randomly craps out. Such bad tech.

@cogecohelps Cogeco doesn’t provide every spring training because many aren’t televised. However, since spring training has started I’m wondering when games will be available. It’s part of the package that I’m paying for. It may seem trivial but this sort of thing is a consistent problem. Thx

@GeoffGates @verge Bell does 15mb/s at my address. Cogeco recently updated to over 300mb/s I’m not even that rural, our infrastructure just sucks and is so expensive

@cogecohelps Thanks for nothing, Cogeco! Customer since 1986 (Cablenet). PVR didn't record programs for last 4 months while I was away. Techs tried to fix and now I have no signal. Offered $23 rebate in total. Bye bye.
