  From Cogeco We are currently repairing an outage impacting all services in some cities across Ontario. Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.   @cogecohelps Absolutely no help in dm either. Phone disconnected after an hour of waiting for customer service. My 84 year old mother is now crying and beyond frustrated to see if her service has been canceled. Ask for a phone call cogeco wont do it. She was with cogeco 39yrs

  @cogeco outage again in Kingston. This is absolutely ridiculous. 3rd outage in less than a week. They make us pay a premium just so we have 3 outages in less than two weeks. We better get compensation for this BS. Fix your internet. #cogecooutage
