    Dear @cogeco, The next time I call you, it's to cancel my internet. I've called at least once a month every month for 6 months. You sent a technician. Why should I have to reboot my modem at least once a week?! WHY? And I'm paying for 360. 360 degrees of trouble.

    It's amazing to think that the fastest option for internet in Burlington is not via phone line or cable, but TO SEND THE SIGNAL TO SPACE AND BACK. Come on, Bell and Cogeco... Wth

    @cogeco Back around April the internet would disconnect at 7pm on the button for 2 minutes every single day for months, it stopped before my brother got around to sending a ticket. It's happening again now for about the last 2 weeks. I see someone else had this problem in April

    @cogeco hey cogeco- internet down yesterday as I was trying to teach 30 12 year olds from home and now Epico / cable out today. What gives? Please credit my account for these two days
