Cuz u can’t provide any info. Make some calls, find out how far along technicians are with this problem. Plz

Trying to make changes to the servers so if I disconnect it won't boot people it will just keep going when I reconnect. cogeco has some major problems.

@cogeco @cogecohelps I'm sorry this happened. I hope the vandal is caught. I have connection but it seems to go out intermittently here in South Windsor, Grand Marais and Rockwell area. You didn't say what area of the city this is affecting, is this the issue in my area?

Our phone lines are currently down. Both incoming and outgoing phone calls are affected as a result of issues with Cogeco.

@cogeco @cogecohelps Any word if this might be fixed before 3pm? Obviously people are working now but just curious, I know no eta but just curious as outage map says 11am but got a text saying you’d let people know if resolved before 9 :S kind of mixed msging
