Why Rogers? Paid for internet through the winter so when I spend a few days at my cottage I'll be able to have a "work vacation". Got up there,no internet,spent 3 days on the phone, told some firmware problem.Months paying for internet but no internet.Go with Cogeco @RogersHelps

@cogecohelps Lol it wasn't last night it's been over a week of this. Now it's been 2 hours trying to get to a customer loyalty manager and getting bounced around. At least 3x a year I have to waste my time getting Cogeco to deliver the service I paid for.

I finally had five minutes to sit down and check @Reddit for something and of course that’s exactly when their site is down for some reason. If it’s not an unreliable service provider like @Cogeco causing headaches, it’s something else. Can’t catch a break. #Reddit
