@davidhindsmith @Bell_Support @TekSavvyBuzz I’ve been thinking of switching over. I negotiate pricing with Bell on all our services - 2-3 months later, pricing starts to rise. Never had this issue with Cogeco. It’s time to do some shopping

@cogecohelps I phoned and they told me they have an area wide issue on Cogeco's end with poor signal problems. Could take 2 hours to a couple days to resolve. South East Oakville. Just FYI.

@cogecohelps As a Cogeco customer I do not recommend it’s now been 5 years of tech support and people coming to my house replacing my modem replacing lines and still I can’t get the speeds I’m paying for I’m supposed to have 1000Mbps but instead I’m only getting 250Mbps they Will blame you

What is #cogecoepico? How is this different from the current cable box I have with Cogeco? Is it an added service or does it replace my cable box? Do I need smart TV for it to work?
