    Cogeco operations in Burlington has let go of hundreds of employees. Teams of 15 down to 2. Managers of 20 down to 5. AI chat bots taking over. This is happening everywhere. Expect more of this over the coming 12 months.

    @cogecohelps Cogeco increased my bill by 6 bucks and didn't even bother to notify me good customer service Cogeco I'll be downgrading because of it... thanks for the increase with no notice.... appreciate that

    @cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

    @NoSleevesGaming @cogeco Is this loyalty savings with Cogeco? Tried Cogeco for a week, but it was a horrible experience. Stock market fluctuations in connection minimum 23+ network performance.
