I finally had five minutes to sit down and check @Reddit for something and of course that’s exactly when their site is down for some reason. If it’s not an unreliable service provider like @Cogeco causing headaches, it’s something else. Can’t catch a break. #Reddit

@cogeco -I learned from the on-site technician today that there's an issue with wifi pods for all customers but no one in contact center informed me of this during the 10+ calls I made last few weeks - Why this lack of transparency? Why no ETA being provided? Why charge full fee?

the reason the internet has been out is bc cogeco turned it off and we can only talk to the people who can help us over the phone TOMORROW at 9 am and it’s been off since friday. we got no notice that it was being shut off. **** you @cogeco
