@brockmclaughlin The biggest "issue" is that TekSavvy doesn't own the lines they use, so if there is an outage (or in my case last year, the 'box' was too congested which meant slowers speed around 8:30-9:00 PM with heavy load), they need to wait on Cogeco (in Chatham) to do the maintence, etc.

@cogeco @cogecohelps Hey. I've had no internet since around 3:00 a.m. in Chatham and when I check the estimated outage resolution it just keeps getting pushed back 1 minute at a time. What's up with that?

My wife just dealt with the snobbiest @cogecohelps rep while cancelling our move from Bell. This move has been a nightmare. Trying to save money has never been more difficult. #Cogeco #CogecoHelps

@cogecohelps Trust me, Graham, we've spent hours discussing this matter with Cogeco and Bell reps, but no one could witch our email addresses over, so we had to cancel the move (which would have saved us a ton of $). Now @Bell_Support is refusing to acknowledge the cancellation.
