    @cogeco why is there been so many freakin’ outages in my area the last month?? Even if they’re in the middle of the night it’s starting to get ridiculous…its becoming a multiple times a week issue!

    I pay $45/mo for 15 mb/s, 500GB/mo and the service is excellent. My internet goes down when Cogeco fails, but the customer service is much nicer. If that's a better deal than what you're getting atm, SWITCH! Teksavvy rocks. #telcooligopoly

    @cogecohelps I'm wondering why we can't sign in to CNNgo as a Cogeco customer that pays for the channel? Bell, Rogers, Telus and Shaw customers have it available...what gives?

    @cogecohelps cogeco modem losing wifi intermittently. Works for couple of days than goes down. Have to turn off wifi with small black button on back of modem. Click again few minutes of waiting and then all good. Wifi is back??? Been happing for months

    So whether it's the internet going out or the Tivo box freezing a couple times a day, I can say @Cogeco is just terrible, the unfortune part is in Halton there is only 2 choices Bell or Cogeco

    Howdy, everyone! Once again, my internet is being buggy... This really sucks, because this is a delay for a lot of things, especially my frozen computer... That's okay, because I have my laptop which comes in handy most of the time! My source, Cogeco, has been having a (1/2)

    @cogeco I'm locked out of my account. I had to change my password. Finally got it to work for email, but I can't get back into "my account". They sent me a validation code, that worked, but when I tried to sign in I couldn't. Spent an hour holding for tech.

    @PhilWarner19 @MaloneOCSB Cogeco isn’t available in rural areas. We have very limited options. We pay higher prices for less service. They also slow us down during peak hours due to overcrowded towers.

    Trying to deal with nagging feeling that we are paying for far too many Cogeco channels we never watch. The web site channel package selector thing is certainly unhelpful. I'm sure that's no accident.
