  I pay $45/mo for 15 mb/s, 500GB/mo and the service is excellent. My internet goes down when Cogeco fails, but the customer service is much nicer. If that's a better deal than what you're getting atm, SWITCH! Teksavvy rocks. #telcooligopoly

  @cogeco why is there been so many freakin’ outages in my area the last month?? Even if they’re in the middle of the night it’s starting to get ridiculous…its becoming a multiple times a week issue!

  @cogecohelps Everyone I speak to from @cogeco says all the right things… then nothing happens. It actually said in the work order that 2 techs are required. One showed up. This is the 3rd time this exact problem has occurred.

  @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

  @cogeco you don't have a phone number anymore for technical support? It has been a week I have rebooted the modem three times. I am paying for one gigabyte per second service, but the damn thing is not working at all. It just keeps on stalling all the time.
