Emma Goldstein (@emmagoldstein95) reported from Greater Napanee, Ontario@cogeco why is there been so many freakin’ outages in my area the last month?? Even if they’re in the middle of the night it’s starting to get ridiculous…its becoming a multiple times a week issue!

Mikey Likes It (@michael20270505) reported from Greater Napanee, OntarioI pay $45/mo for 15 mb/s, 500GB/mo and the service is excellent. My internet goes down when Cogeco fails, but the customer service is much nicer. If that's a better deal than what you're getting atm, SWITCH! Teksavvy rocks. #telcooligopoly

Dom (@Dom_Posts) reported@MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan eBox you can get Bell 1Gbs service for about 40$ just not backed by the same support Bell offers. Multiple other loval brands piggy back the Cogeco line due to laws and undercut them, again with worse service. Rogers is practically a none option their service sucks so often
-
Soulful (@JazzinHockeyGrl) reported@MadHatter1167 @TSN_Sports Cogeco is down
-
Proof (@Proof187) reported@cogeco is Cogeco down in the milton area? I can’t connect to the website or my router.
-
pirangi13 (@shanupirangi) reported@cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!
-
Iqbal Faizer (@IFcomic) reported@Bell .. trouble shoot and ensure connections are tight when installation guy was already supposed to do that and won't just send him back. Problem still unsolved. You're a bloated monopoly that's grossly inefficient. We'd have stayed with @Cogeco with its better staff, but crap tech.
-
Justin Smith (@JustinSmith1087) reported@cogecohelps In other words, what can I do because @cogeco goes down so often, which takes me offline, which costs me a lot of money and reputation??? And I can't even reach you on the phone, or I'd be asking there. It's pretty gross service... Feels disrespectful.

TravisTravis222 #FREESCHLEP (@TravisTravis222) reported.@cogeco my internet was just down for 4 hours and didn't come back until now
-
Leslie Saker (@lesliesaker) reported@cogeco is so inept. Customer service does not exist. 3 hours on the phone and not one person seems to know who is responsible for what.
-
Tim-Wit (@timlewisgeddes) reported@cogecohelps It’s all fixed now, but it’s generally a pita. Why shouldn’t I go to Rogers or Bell? I had a Cogeco door knocker talk me into $110 a month and now it’s turned into $150 a month. I feel I got scammed.. why don’t we have NHL network? So many reasons to change providers atm

Nilo (@TheDanilo) reported@cogeco @cogecohelps Can u explain why my in-laws home was the only house on the street without service during the outage while their next door neighbours beside them and across the street with Cogeco had service???? Doesn’t make sense.
