My internet goes down when Cogeco fails, but the customer service is much nicer. If that's a better deal than what you're getting atm, SWITCH! Teksavvy rocks. #telcooligopoly

After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

There are rules on the books now but they have you got around and around leading nowhere. This is why we need competition up here for the 3 big suppliers to shake in their boots.
