    @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, If u could please DM me w/ the best # to call. I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

    @cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

    What a crappy service it is. Calling customer service twice, and after listening each time for a while for useless suggestions, I heard: "Thank you for calling Cogeco ", and was disconnected twice. How disrespectful and rude it is. I'm done with Cogeco.

    @cogeco Do better! Internet keeps dropping for prolonged periods of time. Your customer service chat drops and we have to start all over, itโ€™s impossible to talk to anyone (such a poor connection on your end that they ended the call). This is atrocious for what people pay.

    @cogeco not just cancelling the Cogeco mobile, I'm helping Cogeco by cancelling my internet service too... now cogeco won't ever have to worry about me again, problem solved

    @kitty_kattkait @cogecohelps Whatโ€™s your theory that some Cogeco employee rammed in to a power wire? Lmao. You people are insufferable. Something caused the wiring to cut off the internet. And guess what? Theyโ€™re on the way to fix it. This ainโ€™t Harry Potter a wand canโ€™t fix it in seconds. Fk youโ€™re trash

    @CanucksFirst1 @cogecohelps @cogeco We had Rogerโ€™s doing this **** awhile ago they came at 8:45 at night I was at work my wife was there alone dude asked her where I was and if he could come in I called them and lost it and they told me there allowed to door knock till 11pm I said if you ever come back Itโ€™s over.

    @cogeco I cancelled my internet service after my contract ended, yet you charged me a $75 early cancellation fee in violation of CRTC rules. I emailed you, but you ignored me. Is this how you treat your customers?

    Anything happen affecting the Kawartha Lakes region? My entire network is down and on top of that, customer support numbers don't work and account logins are unoperative as well. @cogeco

    9 hours this week alone on hold as a terminally ill customer.Complaints made to @CCTS_CPRST and @CRTCeng About Cogeco mobile.Their licence to operate should be removed. How Iโ€™ve been treated for 4 months is disgusting. I want my 4 months of money back .My 25 hours of time back
