@cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

@cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

@cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

@cogecohelps Niagara to Windsor everyone I talked to has the same problem with cogeco right now. Internet only works through VPN and always the same DNS bad config error no matter how much we reset DNS. Any other reports on this?

@mcdonaad @cogeco @cogecohelps They say it's isolated issue. Just google Cogeco wifi or internet issues .. they seem to be common. Had I read these before switching.. I would not have. Had Cogeco since mid December and have not had a single day of fully usable internet. They should credit accounts for this

@cogeco why can't you get you're **** together? It seems like every week the connection gets lost. And the bill payments keep going up. The only reason why i have you still is for my sports and long distance and internet....im getting closer and closer to leaving.
