  @cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

  @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

  @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

  @AM800News I got refused service from a Shoppers Drug Mart. I got Karen'd at the Cogeco store at Devonshire Mall. She called 911 complaining about me when SHE was the one with the attitude problem. Windsor is crazy town.

  @cogecohelps @jaxatweet It’s because they are the worst go with virgin internet so much cheaper and not one problem at all and their customer service is amazing!! I am currently paying 40 per month for what I would pay at cogeco for 90

  @cogecohelps Please upgrade your infrastructure to keep up with the times. Phone & internet going down 3X per week is unacceptable. You were the monolith at one point yes - but now it’s a simple matter of upgrading your infrastructure to keep up with modernity #Cogeco
