    @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, If u could please DM me w/ the best # to call. I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

    @cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

    @telMAX_Inc I just lost internet and telephone service because of your fibre installation crew (@AeconGroupInc). Not impressed. @cogeco are sending a technician on Friday. Today is Tuesday. Unimpressed with the lot of you. 3 of my neighbours have had the same experience.

    @cogeco what is up with service outages today in Georgetown/Halron Hills? I get there was a storm yesterday, but what is the cause for the outage today? Itโ€™s just came back, but was out for over an hour.

    By the looks of Twitter @cogeco can't keep it's internet going. But that doesn't mean you'll get any money back for the service they are not providing.

    Hey @cogeco ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ You are by far the worst internet provider out there. Iโ€™ve had no internet or cable for over 24 hours now, and your service has become completely unreliable time and time again. After this, Iโ€™ll be switching to @Starlink. Thanks for making the decision easy ๐Ÿ‘

    Iโ€™m on hold trying to get an @cogeco technical issue resolved. Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both โ€œwi-fiโ€ and the name of the company itself. Itโ€™s bizarre and awful.
