    @cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

    @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, If u could please DM me w/ the best # to call. I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

    So what did you do on Easter Sunday? We've spent the entire day trying to get cell phone service transferred back to @Virgin from @cogeco after the switchover last week left my wife unable to see group texts. So much fun.

    I just ate a granola bar. Instead of throwing the wrapper in the garbage I threw it at my Cogeco router. Iโ€™m doing my part and saving the environment, putting trash where it belongs.

    @cogecohelps Itโ€™s all fixed now, but itโ€™s generally a pita. Why shouldnโ€™t I go to Rogers or Bell? I had a Cogeco door knocker talk me into $110 a month and now itโ€™s turned into $150 a month. I feel I got scammed.. why donโ€™t we have NHL network? So many reasons to change providers atm

    @cogeco @cogecohelps All services, Internet, Epico and phone are down around Burloak south area. Is there an outage ? There is nothing on your website.

    @cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!
