    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

    @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

    @cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, If u could please DM me w/ the best # to call. I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

    @cogeco itโ€™s really hard to stay a customer when your services are going down every month. Yet again, your website says a fibre line was cut in my neighbourhood and the ETA for repair is over eight hours away.This is ridiculous. It happens too often for it to be an accident.

    Hey @cogeco thanks for the repeated emergency warnings that I can't shut off. Put it at the bottom of the screen. Don't cut out the channels entirely. Not aure why it comes through your service and not my cell.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps terribly disappointed with the manner in which customer is treated by the so-called Loyalty team. I would not recommend anyone taking Cogecoโ€™s internet!

    @cogeco not just cancelling the Cogeco mobile, I'm helping Cogeco by cancelling my internet service too... now cogeco won't ever have to worry about me again, problem solved

    @IConcedeToNoOne @Bell Ya I had no issues with cogeco, but bell gave me a deal I couldnโ€™t pass up. Wish I would have now.

    @Reil76 @Bell Left bell because of these issues..fibe doesn't seem better.. Cogeco internet.. knock on wood..has been great

    @cogeco what is up with service outages today in Georgetown/Halron Hills? I get there was a storm yesterday, but what is the cause for the outage today? Itโ€™s just came back, but was out for over an hour.
