@cogeco Why doesn't epico show the regional weather for niagara on Channel 268? When will this be fixed? Perhaps cogeco should reach to the weather network and subscribe so we can see our local weather.

Access to email is by using phone data. I’ve troubleshooted twice with Cogeco support and they keep “putting in a new ticket” because they can’t figure it out. Do we need to go with a different Internet provider? 2/2

@natnewswatch I switched from Cogeco to Rogers and Cogeco could not transfer the number cleanly. Rogers was unable to fix this. Telecommunications complaint mechanism did not work either…..

@David_Moscrop Our specific problem was the same - constant disconnection and low speeds. Turns out the cable from the node to the house had essentially rotted. Cogeco tech ran entirely new cabling (no charge for us), and it's been a huge improvement. 2/2

PSA: @cogeco is a crap company. My mom dies, and we continue paying her cogeco bill for a year after, I finally call to cancel it, provide proof of death and send back internet routers. Now a collection agency is calling me? **** you Cogeco, isn't it on file that she passed!

My Cogeco internet has been on and off so much the last week or two and it’s making me so ******* angry. I shouldn’t have to continually look down to notice my phones been on data watching YouTube and **** for like an hour at a time.
