    @cogeco can you please get your **** together??? We shouldn’t have to worry every other day about whether or not we can work or attend school from home! Do better! Seriously! Or at the very least compensate us on our bills since you are not providing us the service we paying for!

    @cogeco I still don't understand why you keep in business if you can't provide service and hang up on customers when they call to get answers. How am I supposed to work from home or my kids learn if there's no internet, this is getting ridiculous.
