Cooper Watts (@MrCooperWatts) reportedSpent half an hour on the phone with Cogeco tech Dept. where I was instructed to keep doing the same menu choices with no solution. So after the call, I unplugged the box and the modem. Plugged them back in and I got my problem solved.

A different #Cogeco Supervisor eventually took our call and he assured us that he and another supervisor will work with technicians on resolving the issues so they don’t happen a third time. We appreciate that a lot.
