@cogeco @cogecohelps Out again for the third time today - any info on when you will be out. Do we charge you for the data and hotspot that my husband, 2 kids and I have had to utilize to continue to work? We are still expected to work even when Cogeco has issues. 3x in 1 day seems like a big issue

@cogeco @cogecohelps Swapped to Cogeco because of their 1gb deal. I've had more problems in 1 month than I did with my old ISP for over 5 years! Constant disconnecting for last 3 days, making working from home impossible. Extremely disappointed with your service.

2 weeks I couldn't stay connected because of router issues. They sent me another router ( used ) and then I get a week of piss poor connections and then 4 days of random outages. I still paid $150 today and @Cogeco still calls me. Can't get a solid week of what I pay for but pay

@kenbuisman @cogeco hey Ken, don't worry, when I called to complain, @cogeco told me they would give me around 30cts back for the service interruption as a compensation, LOL!
