@mike_conley yeah, but that's just for the connection to TS's transit, which is very different from Rogers. we use Cogeco and SN is always terrible. When I worked at Bell they did **** like that to show a "competitive advantage". Almost willing to bet they just don't care about non-Rogers ISP

my nan bought the new TV because she always had trouble with the remote on the old one. My aunt picked out this one because it has voice controls and it's like the one she uses. Unfortunately, the stupid amazon nonsense is incompatible with the cogeco cable, so nothing changed.

@cogecohelps my service provider rents your lines so I know to ask them but my service worked until a cogeco tech was doing work. Now they are gone and so is my connection

@cogeco are you trying to break a record with how many consecutive days we can go with an internet outage? Unreal.

@AHBSeaborn SN 4K works through OTT services like Cogeco Epico, so this is not an infrastructure issue, but their software.

@thrillhouse41 My sub would never connect with the arc. I heads a rumor it's because the Cogeco router picks 2.5 or 5 band automatically with the same name so it confuses it.

Here we go again @cogeco same time every year we do this dance and you just end up paying part of my bill, can we maybe fix the issue this year? Please? Every few seconds i lose connection entirely beyond my network. How many modem/router swaps do we want to try this year?
