  • BraizNasty Braison Drysdale (@BraizNasty) reported

@Timlad67 @cogeco With the amount of issues epico has and constantly has, Cogeco should waive the fee to cancel. Epico is always slow for me, and now this.

  • oiler3535 Kris (@oiler3535) reported

Seriously @cogeco @cogecohelps Epico is NOT going to last if "live" sports are always 20 seconds behind. That's ridiculous. Do you bounce your feed off the moon a half dozen times? Brutal. And not a tech issue.

  • cogeco Cogeco Ontario (@cogeco) reported

Update - 6:10PM Our techs. have identified the root cause of the issue impacting our EPICO service which does not seem to concern Cogeco only. We continue to work in collaboration with our vendors to resolve it as fast as possible. Thank you very much for your patience, Tristan

  • ricudmore14 Ric Cudmore (@ricudmore14) reported

@cogeco No problem .... Just give me a credit of $29.95 plus HST for the cost of NHL Network on the internet so I can watch the Leafs
