  @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

  @virginmedia hey. can you explain why our virgin tv suddenly decided to become "cogeco" and insist we're in canada when we very much live in the uk and have never been to canada? we cannot access any streaming services.

  @cogecohelps Once I opened a ticket and Cogeco recognized the outage, they resolved it. But, your support should not have waited for a customer to convince you of an outage in your own network. Aren't you monitoring your network for outages and impact 24/7 ?

  Cogeco is hands down the worst telecom monopoly in Canada. They pay employees poorly and charge exorbitant rates that rise every few months. **** the Competition Bureau, the Ontario labour minister, and **** this company.

  @MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan eBox you can get Bell 1Gbs service for about 40$ just not backed by the same support Bell offers. Multiple other loval brands piggy back the Cogeco line due to laws and undercut them, again with worse service. Rogers is practically a none option their service sucks so often
