@cogeco your equipment is garbage. The DVR only ever seems to work when it wants to. I had a one pass set up that’s been recording the same show week after week and tonight it just decided not to record. This happens constantly. I can’t wait to cancel your service for good.

Once again @AtlanticBBInc fails to respond on the DM platform they directed me to use. Hours wasted trying to get some resolution to the challenges I’ve experienced as a new customer. Hey @cogeco are you paying attention to how the US arm is tanking your customer satisfaction?
