@Niagara_411 @cogecohelps I think everyone should call cogeco tech support and ask them when services will be restored. Just keep calling and they’ll fix it if enough of us keep calling and asking.

So neat. @cogeco goes offline twice in a week. You try to call support and it's offline. You try to call customer service to cancel the crappy service and... It's offline too. @cogecohelps can you please cancel my service?

@Bell_Support Wanna just buy Cogeco instead of buying out contracts? At least your internet doesn’t go down 24/7. Tell your bosses to PLEASE buy Cogeco so I don’t lose out on YourTV Niagara.

@cogecohelps unbelievably bad service- even worse than your usual uncaring support staff. I can not tell you how much I regret switching back to Cogeco. I thought in the 15 years I was with Bell things would have improved. Apparently not. I’m switching back.
