    @cogeco what the hell are you guys doing, our internet’s down and when I call customer service it says “welcome to URL Adam’s 31 “ and then dead air for 20 minutes? Why is your internet constantly going out when we have the fastest modem you have

    @glendalloyd16 @cogeco @ptbochamber Matt Wickham your service is unreliable and overly expensive for what’s actually delivered. I’ll be switching back to fine as soon as my contract with your company is up. I’d focus more on that than sending out videos about what you’ve done to improve when you’re actually worse.

    @cogeco it amazes me that you can get through to sales within seconds but end up on hold to cancel one of three services. Your website for self serve Epico premium internet has been down for days. It seems easier to switch to @Bell?

    @markhmasters @TSNTennis Hi, this is OT but I use to be able to record several TSN Tennis matches at once. Now when I setup my recording I can only record say tsn865, not 863 simultaneously for Wimbledon. Same was for Roland Garos. Is this my provider Cogeco issue?
