    Really great customer service from @cogeco. My email has been randomly bouncing back for 6 months. They're aware of issue, have been working on it for 6+ months, don't know what problem is and can't do anything without me providing a copy of bounceback. I DON'T EMAIL MYSELF.

    @cogecohelps hi there - getting conflicting information. The cogeco website is saying no current outages however, when I call tech support, the recording says there is an outage in Georgetown. Can you confirm that it’s still being worked on?

    @Bell_Support can you guys get faster speeds in my area? frankly its ridiculous that as a GTA resident anything higher than 50 mbps is unavailable to me. My friends down the road from me get 150-200 mbps + with cogeco.

    Hey @cogecohelps @cogeco I have been trying to get help for over 4 hours! On hold 3x - and nobody can help me with pods! Pls help. Absurd to make someone sit for over 4 hours for help!
