    @cogecohelps It’s all fixed now, but it’s generally a pita. Why shouldn’t I go to Rogers or Bell? I had a Cogeco door knocker talk me into $110 a month and now it’s turned into $150 a month. I feel I got scammed.. why don’t we have NHL network? So many reasons to change providers atm

    @cogeco Epico is the worst technology I have ever encountered. The solution to problems is to restart or replace the unit. It’s time you admitted its failure and replace with something better.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    I spend more time on the phone with @cogeco these days than people from my own family. @cogeco sucks. Do better

    @CanadianCurmudg Hi Wayne, The issue unfortunately is not with us so we are waiting on a resolution with another company. We hope its resolved soon. Jodi Cogeco
