  @cogeco What wrong with ur service its always disconnecting i cant even load a msg on X before i loose connection! tried to reach you via the internet but i loose my connection so What do i do exept calling and cancelling i pay for 1000 mb i get not even 150 mb and up load .4 mb!

  @cogeco @cogecohelps epico boxes still suck. Can't even stream their own 4K channels without regular choppiness. And it's not the signal. I can stream 4K on the tv apps no problem.

  @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

  @merry123459 Sadly, Cogeco and Bell also play their games. None are a millimetre better. Until the government wakes up and breaks them down nothing changes.

  @cogeco Your support page says "No Outage Detected" but it has a message on the same page saying you are investigating an issue impacting TV services - so this page should say an "Outage is detected"

  @cogecohelps Why are you making this so hard? I live a hour and half from Detroit. I want to get the Detroit feed every night. Cogeco for some reason never puts on the Detroit feed. I know it is not Rogers's fault. The one night I complained. Cogeco during the game flipped to the Detroit feed

  @cogeco when you are trying to watch a show, yet, every five seconds the show freezes for 20 seconds then it starts up again, then freezes again after five seconds for another 20 seconds… Can’t wait to cancel

  @handiclapper @cogeco @CRTCeng Imagine someone with very thick accent stating they were born in canada but "myculture doesnt speak like yours". If you're born & raised in here & your accent is so thick , you've never , ever got to know any other culture or...he's a liar. (& everyday 👎 service)

  Months later and @cogeco still can't figure out its issues with @CNBC . Regular blue screen of "technical difficulties."
