@cogeco The service in Riverdale, Cornwall, Ontario has been horrendous for months, including no service now. We have just about had enough. Please fix it before we are forced to change providers.

@cogeco eastenders is on Onetv at 7pm weeknights and Sunday afternoons. . But your guide lists it as a different show. Please fix the guide. Thank goodness they repeat Sundays as the pvr hasn't taped any of them this week cause the guide was wrong.

Day 10 , more lies and mis truths from Cogeco . The issue may be resolved on Tuesday . Please be very careful if you are considering using Cogeco services , the customer service is awful and there is no communication (when they do communicate they lie ) @CTVNews

@cogeco @cogecohelps y’all customer service is horrible… unable to get internet with you and the only thing I was told was “we refuse to set up services at your address”… what kinda reason is that… was not given any reason as to why either…

I’m impressed with Cogeco customer service today. They were able to improve my services and lower my bill and I won’t have to call them in 2 years as rates are locked.

@cogeco need to fix your cogeco wifi app. One of my favorite features from bell was being able to control devices connected to my wifi, being able to block internet access during certain times of day per device connected. Without needing wifi pods.

Useless @cogeco . Nice outage. Don't worry we'll get next months bill and it'll be 3 days before it's due again, without a credit for todays outage.

Well, well, well, what a surprise, my stupid @cogeco #epico box froze again. God forbid I use the pause/fast forward option. @cogecohelps when are you going to offer a better TV service, no way this 💩 service is worth $171/month.

@cogeco Now I woke up to 3 to watch this needs to be fix from the outside not going to be paying I should be getting a month free due to the cable not working at all or even being fix I called in on Monday guy send someone out but still not fix this is wrong not happy I been with you for
