I finally had five minutes to sit down and check @Reddit for something and of course that’s exactly when their site is down for some reason. If it’s not an unreliable service provider like @Cogeco causing headaches, it’s something else. Can’t catch a break. #Reddit

@cogecohelps I called Cogeco support today for a billing enquiry as I hadn't received my bill via email at the beginning of the month as I normally do (I know when to pay it as the date remains the same). Why does Cogeco charge a fee to send an email notification with the bill?

@cogecohelps Lol it wasn't last night it's been over a week of this. Now it's been 2 hours trying to get to a customer loyalty manager and getting bounced around. At least 3x a year I have to waste my time getting Cogeco to deliver the service I paid for.

the reason the internet has been out is bc cogeco turned it off and we can only talk to the people who can help us over the phone TOMORROW at 9 am and it’s been off since friday. we got no notice that it was being shut off. **** you @cogeco
