@cogeco The service in Riverdale, Cornwall, Ontario has been horrendous for months, including no service now. We have just about had enough. Please fix it before we are forced to change providers.

@eesa_rahim @cogeco I like Roger's :) I had them when I lived in the city and I had cable phone unlimited internet roger security for 120 a month that 3 more things for 40$ more and I didnt have this much issue.

So neat. @cogeco goes offline twice in a week. You try to call support and it's offline. You try to call customer service to cancel the crappy service and... It's offline too. @cogecohelps can you please cancel my service?

@cogecohelps unbelievably bad service- even worse than your usual uncaring support staff. I can not tell you how much I regret switching back to Cogeco. I thought in the 15 years I was with Bell things would have improved. Apparently not. I’m switching back.
