    @cogeco The service in Riverdale, Cornwall, Ontario has been horrendous for months, including no service now. We have just about had enough. Please fix it before we are forced to change providers.

    @cogecohelps internet outage after improperly loaded truck cut cables along Highway 2 between Kingston and Gananoque. Tech Rep in Burlington says that only 3 cogeco customers are out, but he didn’t seem to appreciate that the addresses he listed are along 5 km of road #rurallife

    @canadaposthelps hello. I have been waiting for a new modem from Cogeco. I specifically asked that I be able to pick it up at a Canada Post outlet as I do not have access to the mailbox at my building. apparently it was delivered here anyway & sits unable for me to p/u..help.

    @cogeco is a ******* JOKE. 30 minutes on the phone to simply move my service and they required a credit check which damages my credit and I’ve been a customer for 8 years. Don’t think I’ll be keeping this joke of a service much longer. #cogeco #cable #avoidcogeco

    @cogeco around 8 mb is my internet speed tonight shut off everything rebooted the router and 8.57 mb is supposed to be close to 1 terabyte. Wtf am I paying for DSL is faster.

    I HATE automated phone calls from companies! @cogeco was supposed to be here tonight to fix my internet. They called earlier to say the tech guy was sick & would now be here tomorrow. Just had an automated call I couldn’t understand so now I don’t know what the hell is happening!

    @BrinkoftheWorld @Mikeggibbs It is. Though it was not as smooth as usual for me on Monday. It made me queue twice in a row. A bit of a wait. Then I never received my confirmation code to finalize my appointment. But maybe Cogeco was to blame. It finally worked with another email address.

    @cogeco your outage reporter is bullshit. The estimated time of service return is always an hour after you check the stupid thing. I literally just refreshed the page and it updated by a minute. How do you think this is good customer service?
