    @cogeco The service in Riverdale, Cornwall, Ontario has been horrendous for months, including no service now. We have just about had enough. Please fix it before we are forced to change providers.

    @handiclapper @cogeco @CRTCeng Imagine someone with very thick accent stating they were born in canada but "myculture doesnt speak like yours". If you're born & raised in here & your accent is so thick , you've never , ever got to know any other culture or...he's a liar. (& everyday 👎 service)

    @cogeco #cogeco one hour on hold to Cogeco. My Mother in law reached them mid Feb and they never followed up or call back. So im trying to help her. This isn’t customer service. Should have sold yourself if this is what you would become. Just terrible!

    @cogeco I have been trying to cancel my service and I have tried to call for over two weeks and a rep ends up transferring me to an extension nobody picks! Seems like I am forced to keep a service. I just got a bill asking me to pay when I already returned the modem. Kindly fix

    @Bell I have just had the worst customer service experience trying to change my ridiculously high bill. Transferred twice, lastly, to the loyalty department. Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco

    @cogeco don’t ever waste your money! They’re a fraud company. They won’t even let you cancel the service or answer the phone!! 💩

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!
