  @cogeco The service in Riverdale, Cornwall, Ontario has been horrendous for months, including no service now. We have just about had enough. Please fix it before we are forced to change providers.

Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.   @cogeco this is insane smh i am on my 4th call of the day for a total of 3.5 hours i cant get anyone from tech support , i can`t watch nothing my internet is either to slow to play anything or it just cuts out completely this has been going on since yesterday

  @YYZ2YGK @cogeco Well...I don't think they chose it? I mean who knows I guess! But it's still not a good service. I have had the worst experience with them and more outtages than I ever had with bell fibe. I switched because bell got crazy pricey but **** it's worth it at this point.

  @IConcedeToNoOne @Bell Ya I had no issues with cogeco, but bell gave me a deal I couldn’t pass up. Wish I would have now.
