@cogeco The service in Riverdale, Cornwall, Ontario has been horrendous for months, including no service now. We have just about had enough. Please fix it before we are forced to change providers.

@cogecohelps @Hodgy1414 @cogeco Oh man that really sucks. Too bad because after you told me I was considering switching. No way I'm going to do that now considering the way your family is being treated. Considering I'm only one street over I bet it would be the same experience

so I have @cogeco internet and cable TV. It’s supposed to support screen mirroring from #iPhone and #iPad, but it’s stopped working. Four chats sessions with Cogeco support failed to address the issue

@cogecohelps @cogeco I will go to the storefront I guess. I should be able to book service without waiting for hours in a phone queue or having some non existent PIN which isn’t listed on any invoice or my account settings. @cogeco is garbage but when I have no other choice, what can I do.
