    @cogeco The service in Riverdale, Cornwall, Ontario has been horrendous for months, including no service now. We have just about had enough. Please fix it before we are forced to change providers.

    @cogeco hi. I recently signed up for 2 year internet. Well... If another outage happens, you can take your "2 year contract"& stick it. I work from home. If you can't provide stable service, I will go back to @bell. And if you think I'll pay an early exit fee... You're so wrong

    @_chris905 @Niagara_411 If you’re talking about cogeco not having the infrastructure that is incorrect. Literally every other internet service that uses cogeco lines is fine. It’s the same issue that happened the other day. The problem is leadership at cogeco and not fixing the root of the issue.

    @cogeco Very terrible I have been having internet issues for a while now where I am constantly having shut it down and restart it and now this. I have been contemplating switching to a new service for a while now because of these issues.

    @cogeco Guys, it’s getting to be too much. I am very close to make a decision to switch a more reliable service provider. Also, why do we have to pay in full for a service that is so unreliable?

    @MicheleAnnBrown @cogeco Their phone lines are down too, it hangs up on your after you choose a few options to try and reach someone.
