    While I appreciate the text message from @cogeco informing me that my internet is down, this is the 2nd time in a week this has happened. People work from home & rely on stable internet. Not happy.

    @cogeco No internet in north Oakville while the outage map doesn't show any current outages. What is going on? the connection has been unreliable fo few days now #cogecooutage

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I have called the service line and was told 8 to 10 business days... that's a long time away from my community and my work! Having called should I still fill out the form you mentioned? Thank you for reaching out!

    Once again had to cancel my stream thanks to my ISP @cogeco service issues! Today marks 4 days with intermittent service which has forced me to stop streaming until they can get it resolved! Thank you for all your patience! And I will be back live as soon as they fix it!! 😢
