Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco

And I can't even reach you on the phone, or I'd be asking there. It's pretty gross service... Feels disrespectful.

HumbertOst (@christiancont) reported@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!
