Andrew (@wellywheeler) reported@David_Moscrop We had a similar experience with TekSavvy / resold Cogeco. In the end, TS advised us to buy directly from Cogeco in order to get better support, which was the solution. 1/2

I know the logistics involved but I am a TekSavvy customer and should’ve been compensated. Cogeco would’ve. But credits are not what they used to be, the bosses need bigger and better yachts. And that’s a truth. Look them up.

The Handlebar Gamer (@RonaldSDean) reportedMy internet is useless. Anything trying to connect times out. Home automation requests fail. It’s been worse and worse the last 2 months. This month unusable worth a damn. @cogeco says maybe august the “work in my area may be complete”. Can’t stream or watch tv. Etc.
