Been a customer for 25+ years and still have to make the annual call to get the bill and rate adjusted to latest promo. Such a bad business practice! My 84 year old mother is now crying and beyond frustrated to see if her service has been canceled. Ask for a phone call cogeco wont do it. She was with cogeco 39yrs
