Griff0n (@_griff0n) reportedI helped my parents switch internet away from @cogeco because of the slow upload speed. Fifty megabits per second upload is slow. Seven months after switching to a competitor, a contracted technician with no signage on his van was rude and cut my father's two coaxial cables outside instead of unscrewing theirs and left almost a meter of coaxial on the line at the road. A month later, two Cogeco sales men showed up at supper time were audibly annoyed while asking why we switched to a competitor and offered "the highest speed" and did not want to say if the upload speed is close to a thousand megabits per second.

I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! 🙄

Alex Stevens (@AlexSte49374492) reported@ReclaimTheNetHQ I'm not hearing much opposition from the major internet service providers like Bell, Rogers, Telus, Videotron, Cogeco, Eastlink in regard to bill c-22. So I guess they are all in?
