Hey @cogeco my home Internet is down. I need a technician, but when I asked to have a tech wait at my house between 8am-5pm until I got home during that window, that was not acceptable. But you’re asking me to do exactly that.

@cogeco Is there any updates ?!? It’s been like 12 hours ! Everytime I open the website the estimated time the wifi is gonna go up keeps getting delayed and delayed… how is this professional at all. Horrible services.
