    Hey @cogeco my home Internet is down. I need a technician, but when I asked to have a tech wait at my house between 8am-5pm until I got home during that window, that was not acceptable. But you’re asking me to do exactly that.

    Still nothing from @cogeco about yesterday's failures. It's the first game of the @BlueJays playoffs and you lose the signal? How do you do that? #incompetent

    @cogecohelps @NikkiC1245 @cogeco I have and I get the same answers each time. Unplug the modem… the service I’m paying for should work without me having to reset everything regularly. If Cogeco can’t provide the service then they need to compensate when I’m paying for said service.

    @cogeco @cogeco you have the worst service and equipment . Literally every day I have issues with the EPICO and internet . I constantly have to reset the modem and EPICO box , like ever day . It literally never works when needed . An appointment with a technician is a two week wait

    My favourite part of @cogeco raising their prices constantly is that their service NEVER gets better & it always gets worse but yes, continue to raise your prices. 👍🏻

    @cogeco just letting you know im stoping my service from you as will my entire family. As you cannot provide a reliable service thay stays on more then a month. I pay good money for garbage internet service thats as reliable as dial-up from 20 years ago. Good bye forever.

    As much as I love the customer service you get with TekSavvy, the constant up and down of the piggybacked Cogeco service is annoying. Every fall it's the same thing. Time to try something different and give Bell Fibe a go. With both of us WFH we need consistency.

    @cogeco It’s brutal- the Epico issues. It’s still freezing constantly and sound disapears repeatedly. We’ve had epico almost two weeks and it’s been nothing but problems. Looking for alternatives. Have been a Cogeco customer for 20+ years. Epico is the breaking point.
