    Hey @cogeco my home Internet is down. I need a technician, but when I asked to have a tech wait at my house between 8am-5pm until I got home during that window, that was not acceptable. But you’re asking me to do exactly that.

    Or maybe what Rogers is really saying is: They want to copy Cogeco's network expertise so they don't have to be the worse & most neglected network in all of Canada anymore? It's a hard one to call.

    @cogeco I tried the wait *** too long so was live chat it's ridiculous every single day it drops bandwidth so bad that all our stuff disconnects and all our neighbours have the same issue

    @cogeco, I pay for UltraFibre 120 Unlimited and my download speed is currently under 10. I assume I'll be able to save some money on my next bill, yes? Don't see why I'd pay for something I'm not getting. This has been an on-and-off problem for some time.

    @cogeco, are you guys doing maintenance in Port Colborne or something? The download and upload speeds are to the point I can't even watch a stream (I pay for internet that normally had 0 problems regarding speed). I've reset my router and nothing's worked.

    On the phone with Rogers for over 1 hour today, have been transferred 5 times! Such disrespect for their Customer time . Rogers wants to expand by purchasing Cogeco and share this with more Canadian. Think twice before doing business with Rogers.
