Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps . We got a new modem today through Netfox and you people have STILL not done what’s required on your end to activate it. It’s been 9 hours now. We have kids in online school and a business to run during Covid. Get your **** together already. Wtf

@cogeco At present I would not recommend this service. Have had problems since installing @cogeco tried of corporations selling their products saying they are great but finding out that they are not what they claim to be. Sucked me in with a lower price. #EPICO FAILURE.

@cogeco hi I dropped off my equipment last week to Canada Post office to be returned but only tracking info shows logged in at post office and “unexpected delay” under delivery date. I’ve initiated a service ticket but not heard anything. Can you help?

So cogeco is down Imagine if the monopoly of phone/ internet services ended. US $50 get unlimited data / North American calling on a phone. You could work off my phone. @JustinTrudeau @PierrePoilievre this should be a focus on the next election.

So our internet is bring flakey as hell and working from home is becoming a chore for my partner. We're looking at going to Bell Fibe and curious if there's a trick to get the best possible deal. We're currently on Cogeco with old infrastructure in Dundas that always has issues.

@cogecohelps I have just had pods added to my wifi but cannot finish set up as the Cogeco WiFi app won't let me sign in... any suggestions? Engineer has left.
