    Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps . We got a new modem today through Netfox and you people have STILL not done what’s required on your end to activate it. It’s been 9 hours now. We have kids in online school and a business to run during Covid. Get your **** together already. Wtf

    @cogeco Modem reboots didn’t fix but it was my equipment. All good now.

    @ESilenzi4 @Rogers Unfortunately, they may not be able to provide their services everywhere in Hamilton. The service territories for Rogers and Cogeco are exclusive and do not overlap. If you live in an area serviced by Cogeco (or other cable provider) Rogers won't be able to provide services.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco @Speedtest Why do you always ask for a DM? Why not address the problems and solutions in the thread? Anyways, it's better, after a full shut down, restart and a hard reset. Still no where near the 180 as promised that we pay for.

    So beyond frustrated with my attempt to change my Cogeco service to the new EPICO. Way too much time of my life spent on this. Wish agents could give 100% of required information rather then getting a little more from each person I talk to. #frustated @cogeco

    @gordoooo_z @MasterHandJr @Bell Also Co-AX and DSL are two different standards. DSL doesn’t use a cable line, DSL is your phone line. Cogeco service techs literally said, it’s literally impossible to transmit speeds anywhere close to a GB over DSL. You have to have either cable, or SFP/SFP+ (Fibre to the home).

    @Mixed_A_Track Tho the most infuriating tech support call of my entire life was years ago with Cogeco when I called with "Hi, I can't refresh my IP" and after two separate calls, one dropped, an hour on hold, a half hour of troubleshooting - "Have you tried refreshing your IP?"

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Hey Cogeco grab a box of tissues cause you gonna cry, YOUR ******* USELESS! What ever dumb **** you have running your company should be fired, Half of napanees internet as been absolute dog **** for 2 months now. YOU HAVE 1 JOB! I pay 100$ a month for ****.

    @cogecohelps The account number is 50013193730. One example - Breakfast TV is scheduled to start at 6:00 am, and if I follow them on a streaming service, it starts then. On Cogeco it starts at 6:30 once or twice a week. The delay continues with all programs until mid afternoon.

    Cogeco TiVo app again won’t let me sign in! I see it only gets 1 star in the ratings at the App Store and I wonder how it gets even 1 star. You’d think a media company could do better than this.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Believe it or not, lots of people make a living by using internet, SO WHO ********! GIVES OUT INTERNET WITHOUT UPGRADING ON THEIR OWN END! Are you running a company or a scam? "It will be fixed in 2 weeks" has turned into 2 months. Absolutely useless.
