    Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps . We got a new modem today through Netfox and you people have STILL not done what’s required on your end to activate it. It’s been 9 hours now. We have kids in online school and a business to run during Covid. Get your **** together already. Wtf

    @cogeco @cogecohelps The outage is ONLY to MY HOUSE. AGAIN! This is extremely UNACCEPTABLE. The technicians say EVERYONE is back online EXCEPT ME. This happened LAST MONTH. It's NETWORK INTERFERENCE. I CANT WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS FOR YOU TO FIX IT. I NEED MY SERVICE NOW.

    @IamSean95 @DirtyTesla @elonmusk I'm also in Canada, price is comparable to good cable /fiber in my sub urban area. 125 for Starlink, 120 for Cogeco cable. I was on the Starlink list and would have switched just to support SpaceX. I didn't for the simple reason that others actually NEED it.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps It's absolutely ABSURD. Put my account on a priority list until you figure out how to STOP NETWORK INTERFERENCE TO MY HOME. This isn't a widespread outage and it was FIXED BEFORE. YOU NEED TO FIX IT IMMEDIATELY.

    @cogeco I have had internet approximately 1 month and it is garbage. I left a company using your lines and could stream and run 3 other devices no problem. Now i can't run 1 alone on your 1G plan and am locked into a 2 year contract. How do i cancel this bullshit? Absolutely terrible

    I signed up with @cogecohelps @cogeco fibre and the CSR was delightful & guaranteed instal at a specific time and date over the long weekend! That's what I call customer service. Fingers crossed. Sorry @Nexicom if an order from Sept 5 can't be fulfilled there's something wrong.

    @CTVToronto Glad to be with Rogers Ignite. Changed from Bell due to their lousy service & attitude. Our friends had nothing but trouble with Telus & Cogeco

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Why me Cogeco? How come every time there's an outage it's only me that experiences issues after it's resolved? I called Tech and they said everyone in my area is back up except me? If this is more network interference that lasts another week + 😡
