Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps . We got a new modem today through Netfox and you people have STILL not done what’s required on your end to activate it. It’s been 9 hours now. We have kids in online school and a business to run during Covid. Get your **** together already. Wtf

@cogeco Modem reboots didn’t fix but it was my equipment. All good now.

@cogecohelps What does it cost for just a cogeco email account? I am moving from the area so will be getting another internet provider but have a cogeco email.... It's not a bad service when it is working and would save me from changing several places

At least if the Cogeco Outage Tracker gave you no information it would only be useless but it outright lies to you most of the time so it is whatever is worse than useless " down from 2:30 until 3 and then again from 7 until 11" no it was down from 2:30 until 1:15 and counting

Well canceled my sportsnet west and Pacific. All good ordered it last year. Never got to see one game from out west.. well Canadian teams any way. GARY BETTMAN HAD THEM BLACKED OUT IN CANADA 😡🖕I SHOULD GET A REFUND FFS🤔👍😎 @Cogeco @nhl Nice to watch some hockey though🇨🇦🔨

@cogeco ummm ya'll wanna check your gear? On your network SHOULD be 120/10 Mbs. But I am getting: 106/1 off network I am getting 116/0.1 Yes, I rebooted my modem. It's you, not me, your customer.

@cogecohelps @cogeco It is exceedingly slow (as shown in my pics). Downloads are great, but cannot use mic or video for online meetings n such - which is very very annoying.
