Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps . We got a new modem today through Netfox and you people have STILL not done what’s required on your end to activate it. It’s been 9 hours now. We have kids in online school and a business to run during Covid. Get your **** together already. Wtf

.... the last guy telling me it must be an issue with my devices. All my devices worked until this new modem arrived. Period. Now have to wait to the 8th to receive ANOTHER modem for an upgrade to a new service. @cogeco (continued...)

@cogecohelps @cogeco to watch Sens game tonight am I going to have to guess the channel that doesn’t show up in my guide or have you fixed the issue. We are 3 weeks into season so get it together.
