    @cogeco Modem reboots didn’t fix but it was my equipment. All good now.

    Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps . We got a new modem today through Netfox and you people have STILL not done what’s required on your end to activate it. It’s been 9 hours now. We have kids in online school and a business to run during Covid. Get your **** together already. Wtf

    @cogeco REALLY fed up with Cogeco. There's always an issue with my service. Why am I paying 137$ a month when my services don't work half the time.

    @Bell Can you please put fibe in my area, we moved 2 blocks from where we used to have bell fibe and for some reason its not available here. Now we have @cogeco and it's pure ****. I would switch back in a heartbeat!

    @2rdubyaz @itsmikemade @cogecohelps My buddy last night was having major issues connecting and when he finally did, he was lagging a lot. He’s with cogeco too, I’m with Bell, had no issues, you guys still can’t connect? He’s not able to.

    @cogecohelps any updates on the Welland outages? I work from home. Little concerned because the Cogeco status web page says estimated time for resolution is 8:45pm????

    @cogeco @cogecohelps so internet up and down in my area since last Thursday while we try and work and school from home. Told service ticket is in but 5 to 7 days to resolve. Hello? Come on cogeco we deserve better.

    I would like to know when am I gonna be able to work and my child to do school assignments, the absurd amount of money customers pay isn't enough to make sure we have service ? @cogeco @cogecohelps

    @cogeco wifi down again 😑 so annoying. Checked website, looks like it's getting worked on. It's been down for hours hopefully will be up before midnight. Thankful this isn't a school day. #cogecoYQG
