    Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps . We got a new modem today through Netfox and you people have STILL not done what’s required on your end to activate it. It’s been 9 hours now. We have kids in online school and a business to run during Covid. Get your **** together already. Wtf

    @takedanger Hi Ted, as our vendor (Cogeco) currently has an outage in your area that would impact our cable customers as well. We will get our Outage Map updated to reflect it. They are currently working to resolve the problem ASAP and get everyone back online. -am

    Hey Matt Wickham @Cogeco. Our modem is glitching constantly. You are sending a new 1 which you say will be here within 5 business days! I wanted to pick 1 up curbside in Burlington, but becuz there is an order in the system I cannot. Are you kidding? WFH is bad enuf without this

    @RogersHelps @cogeco @Bell_Support so which one of you guys came months ago and had your third party contractor dig up around the boxes around Wildan Estates in Flamborough ONT ,do locates TWICE with little flags then never come back ?? PS the flags and spray paint are gone……..

    @cogeco Cogeco: you pay for 1G but then it goes from 40mb to 60mb and then down to 2mb for a few minutes and then back to 60mb and then down again! Cogeco!
