I believe the power supply or modem is faulty. Support won’t help because there’s an outage I’m my area but it’s been all day this has been happening

Dan Earle he/him (@danmearle) reported@cogeco what is up with service outages today in Georgetown/Halron Hills? I get there was a storm yesterday, but what is the cause for the outage today? It’s just came back, but was out for over an hour.
