@TOBenfica Yeah I loved that service until Cogeco and TSN broke up in January. Frustrating. Cogeco is happy to let you get to the Sportsnet app but not the TSN one.

@cogeco @cogeco After leaving my mom without a phone for a week, you missed your appointments again. Oh well I think she’s going back to Bell as she’d like a service that works.

@the905guy @frizzle71849160 @cogeco That is the dumbest take. We paid for a service, they are failing to provide that service. Questioning about a discount or refund seems pretty reasonable when they can't even keep their service running, let alone at the speed that was advertised and agreed upon.

@cogeco guys, you MUST update your website for the outage. The phone IVR tells you there is an outage but nowhere online does it mention. As a former Cogeco employee, this is an ongoing issue that still hasn't been fixed since my tenure.
