@cogeco internet is out again today on Silverdale dr Huntsville Ontario. I believe the the problem is from Aspdin Rd lots of tree on line from a couple of Kms from storm last week.

@LauraBabcock Our Cogeco tech stood outside our open den window wearing a mask. He handed in our new modem and directed me how to connect and set it up. Then he was able to complete set up from there. Very friendly, efficient and safe customer service.

@wayne_chow @bubbaprog There has NEVER been an a la carte service in Canada. There's requirements on what channels must be carried on basic and what American channels can be offered, but there's no a la carte (Cogeco doesn't offer a la carte)

@cogeco How is Cogeco dependent on the Rogers network? During the July 8 outage we also lost our Cogeco Internet cable circuit at the exact same time. Fortunately the Cogeco Internet Circuit came back online before Rogers services were restored, but a outage was experienced

@cogeco service is getting worse all the time. We are up and down like a yo yo. Over the last few years it's been one thing after another. Ugh. Guess we're going back to Bell.

@RochelleTrina [10:47 a.m.] I can assure you that is not our intention. When there is an issue with Cogeco's last mile infrastructure it is one of their technicians going on site and that is how they schedule appointments unfortunately. It would be the same regardless of your provider.
