@AbigailEsman Your whole message is off because Canadians can’t choose Cogeco unless we live in their area. You just don’t know anything about our cable service but you tweet giving Canadians advice and then still think you are right. The problem with Americans hubris is far deeper than Fox

@cogeco guys, you MUST update your website for the outage. The phone IVR tells you there is an outage but nowhere online does it mention. As a former Cogeco employee, this is an ongoing issue that still hasn't been fixed since my tenure.
