Trying to deal with nagging feeling that we are paying for far too many Cogeco channels we never watch. The web site channel package selector thing is certainly unhelpful. I'm sure that's no accident.

Cogeco going down everyday at the same time lol. Sometimes in the morning during school hours for my sister, and always at 9pm at night. Seeing people frequent forums and have the same problem? Makes me wanna see if I can convince my family to get a new and less garbage service😕

@cogecohelps why go private? are you embarrassed at the obvious poor customer service cogeco has. I have no issue having everyone seeing how cogeco responds to my issue.
