They have been told by the technician that the cogeco connection to the building is faulty. Please help, our we will go somewhere else, after at least 10 years

A different #Cogeco Supervisor eventually took our call and he assured us that he and another supervisor will work with technicians on resolving the issues so they don’t happen a third time. We appreciate that a lot.
