  • toast84 The Toast FOR CHL PRESIDENT 🏆🏆🏆 (@toast84) reported from Windsor, Ontario

    Also I know I rip on Cogeco/Rogers a lot for their depressing PSA’s but at least they never aired Just For Laughs Gags before a game

    @cogeco fix your shit please.

  • shayman Steve Hayman (@shayman) reported from Trafalgar, Ontario

    @cogecohelps Bell, Rogers, Telus, Shaw, and a dozen others are all prepared to provide the @TSN_Sports Go service to their customers; I'm disappointed Cogeco won't.

  • shawnaonair Shawna Whalen (@shawnaonair) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

    @cogecohelps I did. They did a reset. Told me to check in 10 min. Speed still around 40. Now I have to call tech support again. I LOVE another day of this garbage @cogeco @cogecohelps

  • keith5197 Keith Maheux (@keith5197) reported from Windsor, Ontario

    @cogecohelps Hey. I have been noticing an issue with your Arris DCX525 boxes messing up CEC and HDMI-ARC on all makes and models of modern TV's. I work in the service industry and am not a Cogeco customer. Can I get a PM from a high level tech support please :). Thanks.

  • shayman Steve Hayman (@shayman) reported from Trafalgar, Ontario

    @cogecohelps "vs. the few that actually use it" sort of describes 90% of the channels I currently get on my Cogeco package and never watch. Am already paying for both high speed Internet, and TSN; I'm disappointed you can't make this work.

  • patricecloutier Patrice Cloutier (@patricecloutier) reported from Oakville, Ontario

    The new #cogeco interface is absolute sh*t ...nothing works... when it does for a bit it’s slow as molasses... and then decides to reset Result= when premier league season is over, we’re dropping cable

  • Mathman_628 Mathman 🇨🇦 (@Mathman_628) reported from Halton Hills, Ontario

    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

  • shayman Steve Hayman (@shayman) reported from Trafalgar, Ontario

    Cogeco dropping TSN Go is a minor thing but it bugs me. Researching internet options ... 2 blocks away from my house - in a new development - Bell offers 1.5 Gbps fiber service. Here, Bell only offers 50 Mbps. Grrr.
