fore_not_four π²πΎπππΎπΆπ POPS ππππππππΉ (@altimaguy11) reported@LaciMarieKnight The CRTC controls all in Canada & creates regional monopolies , allowing companies to continue giving poor service at high prices. Bell Canada is the worst of the worst with Cogeco and Rogers close behind. They render only services they have to give while controlling what we see.

Clare A (@Murphysmom67) reportedRN I switched from Telus to Cogeco. I was told I didnt need a new SIM card bc Cogeco runs on Telus lines. Telus just disconnected me from the network. I have no calls, text or data. Your Chat line told me to call Mobility support. Apparently they dont understand what not activated on the network means. I need a Cogeco SIM card or to b reconnected to the network. What can u do to help? @cogecohelps

Lexi (@Lexi58746074319) reported@wallygator23 @cogecohelps @cogeco I understand problems happen that are out of their control, but itβs the lack of communication (down website, no costumer service) that gets to me because theyve had time to correct it since the last big outage!
