    @MulbearA @CTVNews THIS THIS THIS @cogeco does the same thing. They let you think you're locking in the price on a 2 year contract then when they raise your bill they THEN tell you it's the promotion you locked in. No competition & the CRTC allows these deceitful ******* to get away with this ****.

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

    They’re calling it the worst internet provider of all time! It’s called Cogeco and it’s absolutely terrible.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!
