  @Allan_Gao12 @cogeco Cogeco customer service is piece of crap. I don't need to chat with AI, or listen for 10 minutes how to unplug the modem. When I need help, I need to talk to live pearson.   @cogeco outage again in Kingston. This is absolutely ridiculous. 3rd outage in less than a week. They make us pay a premium just so we have 3 outages in less than two weeks. We better get compensation for this BS. Fix your internet. #cogecooutage

  @cogeco this is insane smh i am on my 4th call of the day for a total of 3.5 hours i cant get anyone from tech support , i can`t watch nothing my internet is either to slow to play anything or it just cuts out completely this has been going on since yesterday

  @MamaStyles77 @cogeco Cogeco mobile has only been offered to existing Internet customers. Mom has their Internet but does not want cell plan. Besides if Cogeco service is offline, so is our home phone. Another reason to have cell plan with different provider.

  Hey @cogeco! What happened to my install today? Lost half a days pay. Never left the house. Tech couldn't be bothered to ring doorbell, knock on door or call. Now being told the easiest I can get an install is August 5th. 2hrs to finally get through to a supervisor. Brutal
