@cogecohelps Hi, my internet service with Cogeco is scheduled to start this Friday but I haven’t received a modem or shipping notice yet. Is it going to arrive on Friday?

@cogeco This seems like a good reason that services should be run underground so you don't have to deal with stupidity, and wow 1:00 am for services to be brought back up seems a little extreme.Don't get Me wrong I know it's a thankless job, I do appreciate and hope for fast resolution.

@canadaposthelps hello. I have been waiting for a new modem from Cogeco. I specifically asked that I be able to pick it up at a Canada Post outlet as I do not have access to the mailbox at my building. apparently it was delivered here anyway & sits unable for me to p/u..help.
