    Seriously, I’m going to send you my Telus phone bill to pay this month. I only have 6 gb on my cell plan and I’ve used more than half of that in the last day and a half because the cogeco wifi sucks *****!

    @cogecohelps Look up how many tech visits we've had here from Cogeco people. I'm well aware of resetting the modem. Your service has been consistently awful for years.

    I think it would good public relations if @cogeco would unlock all their news feeds for the Ukrainian people living in Ontario. It's very hard to decipher the garbage @CNNnewsroom spews.

    @cogecohelps hey Cogeco, is there a problem with the closed captioning system? I have mine permanently set to be on, large, white font, but it’***** and miss from last night, March 1 and today, the 2nd.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco After holding FOREVER nothing got resolved. I switched from Bell to Cogeco so I WOULDN'T have these problems yet here we are! I pay a FORTUNE per month for this cable service & have had NOTHING but problems for the 30 days. No I have not fixed or resolved ANYTHING! 1/2

    Vanessa in the #HamOnt @cogecohelps chat support deserves a raise. I've been having internet outages since I started using @cogeco internet, happening more frequently over time til they were at least daily. She's the first csr to ever do anything more than shrug off the problem
