@cogeco My internet service was cut Apr.14 when neighbour dug fence post. Apr.17 service tech visited, could not repair-put in req. for maintenance. I was just told “5-10 days to get to you”. 5 days no service (so far - could be over 2 weeks). RIDICULOUS. Anyone care?

@carrytelca @cogeco The management team at @carrytelca called to talk about compensation. The original offer was credit for the 5 days of no service. That's about $12. That doesn't even cover the cost of gas to get the modem that I didn't need. I asked them to do better. Next offer was an extra $5.

@cogeco I’ve had your EPICO service now for a month. Multiple times throughout the day all internet and tv goes down. Often for only a couple minutes but let’s be clear this is a major issue. Tired of hearing my kids and wife let me know every time it happens daily.!

Now @carrytelca is saying the cogeco lines are ok and the modem is the problem. I can drive all the way to Markham or wait 5 days for a modem. ExpressPost is not an option apparently. I'll get $2 back for my trouble. Keep in mind I've had to call for updates. They never called me

Cogeco is the absolute worst. Terrible service. Internet barely works, constantly going down. So sick of it.

Cogeco cannot provide syncronized tv. They are crooks and thieves selling ****. Buyer beware. cogeco Couldn't show a movie on a wall..

@RogersHelps CTV2(channel 20 on digital adapter is also not broadcasting). No need for me to waste my time on DM. It's a Roger's problem. Cogeco is fine. Couldn't see Live from ABC while feed was to CTV. Then later saw Live on ABC when you disconnected the feed to CTV.
