  @gabger18 Vous avez raison, Cogeco a fait appel à sa gang locale. Radio X n’a pas de réseau à desservir, donc assurément des gens basé à Québec, et je n’ai pas écouté les stations de Bell. J’essaie de comprendre la décision de TVA en fait.

Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.   Can someone please help us.I have a injured knee and Tati has been seen at the clinic for strep throat I also don’t have a working phone and Cogeco has made a ticket and doesn’t know why I cannot walk home.I scrounged change to get here and I’m glad I did as she has strep. 😭

  It took me 3 hours to walk home with my sick child.I couldn’t get any taxi fare and the buses don’t run to where the clinic was .Tatiana had strep and was misdiagnosed by the urgent care yesterday. My phone isn’t working and Cogeco says two days for a fix.i am at my wits end

  Since I am unable to call u or text bc u mistakenly disconnected me, heres the situation. I switched to Cogeco & informed u on Jan 22/26. U gave me a disconnection date of Feb 17/26. I was fully paid up but after Feb 17 u continued to bill me & I stupidly paid bc of your threats a total of $291.33 which u now owe me. When I switched to Cogeco I was told they used Telus lines, thats why my phone still indicated u as the carrier. Cogeco told me Ì shouldnt still b paying u so I stopped. Now you've disconnected me so since Friday I've had no calls, text or data. On top of that you reported me to Equifax. U really expect me to pay u as well as Cogeco? Ur lucky I dont sue u. I should b activated on the network immediately. How about u check your data & my dates then reimburse what u owe me. @TELUS

  @Allan_Gao12 @cogeco Cogeco customer service is piece of crap. I don't need to chat with AI, or listen for 10 minutes how to unplug the modem. When I need help, I need to talk to live pearson. And when I choose that option, I hear: Thank you for calling Cogeco. Good bye!.click. Unacceptable and rude
