  @gabger18 Vous avez raison, Cogeco a fait appel à sa gang locale. Radio X n’a pas de réseau à desservir, donc assurément des gens basé à Québec, et je n’ai pas écouté les stations de Bell. J’essaie de comprendre la décision de TVA en fait.

  I’m on hold trying to get an @cogeco technical issue resolved. Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both “wi-fi” and the name of the company itself. It’s bizarre and awful.

  From Cogeco We are currently repairing an outage impacting all services in some cities across Ontario. Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.
