@gabger18 Vous avez raison, Cogeco a fait appel à sa gang locale. Radio X n’a pas de réseau à desservir, donc assurément des gens basé à Québec, et je n’ai pas écouté les stations de Bell. J’essaie de comprendre la décision de TVA en fait.

Fatty ne fait jamais rien de gratuit. C’est Cogeco qui l’aide à se refaire une image dans le but de devenir chef du PLQ. Fatty n’a aucun sens des valeurs.

Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies. Update. After over 2 days without service it has been restored. Apparently another Cogeco tech physically cut the connection to their terminal box. How does that happen and why could your system not detect it? Finally, when will I be refunded?

@cogeco down now 36 hours. Internet down but cogeco says, "having an issue go to cogeco online" . How idiotic. Requested technical support(#5) but after 3 minute message..." customer service is closed" with a quick hang up. No cs during outage??? @crtc

@KNugent4118 @Rogers @RogersHelps We have had Rogers for cell service for almost 24 years but left Bell for Cogeco for internet. I wish I could say I’m happy with either one. Make sure they credit you for time and services lost.

What a crappy service it is. Calling customer service twice, and after listening each time for a while for useless suggestions, I heard: "Thank you for calling Cogeco ", and was disconnected twice. How disrespectful and rude it is. I'm done with Cogeco.
