    @CassanoraL Exact same situation. According to Cogeco, it may have been that we had " just enough of a signal'....per the tec dept.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco This is a joke right. You guys come to our house at least once a month sometimes more fiddle around with some wires assure us the problem is not between the pole and the house every single time. But the problem never ever gets fixed. My next complaint with CRTC has been made.

    @aschwabdotca @cogecohelps @cogeco We have switched our DNS settings from automatic to using manual. Googles dns server is 8.8.8.8. And 8.8.4.4. You can google it for verification. This will allow access to internet again. Can reset back to automatic once Cogeco fixes issue with their DNS server. Hope this helps.

    @cogeco It seems my wireless network names and passwords have been reset. I lack a computer to connect directly with. How do I redo my wireless network names and passwords?

    According to the latest update, Cogeco may have resolved the disruption to its Internet services. Service/intermittent service has been restored. If you are a Cogeco subscriber who experienced an outage, try logging back into your Google Classrooms.

    @cogeco why does your outage status checker say that there is no outage in my area (Milton), yet we are still down? Should we be back up now or not?
