    @cogecohelps @cogeco Still on hold.......appears to be a much more significant issues going on with cogeco than you are letting on. This is the third major outage in three weeks for me....it’s truly unacceptable.

    Really great customer service from @cogeco. My email has been randomly bouncing back for 6 months. They're aware of issue, have been working on it for 6+ months, don't know what problem is and can't do anything without me providing a copy of bounceback. I DON'T EMAIL MYSELF.

    Shout out to @cogeco making things right. Been having internet issues and they just upgrade my internet to 3 times the current speed for 50 dollars less cause we’ve had loyalty for so long.

    @cogeco I had issues last night. Laptop has “limited” connection (which means it doesn’t do anything) and my TV won’t connect. Having more issues this morning. Is there an issue on the East Mountain of Hamilton? This is getting ridiculous.

    Hey @cogecohelps @cogeco I have been trying to get help for over 4 hours! On hold 3x - and nobody can help me with pods! Pls help. Absurd to make someone sit for over 4 hours for help!

    @PMStroud @cogecohelps Just a note, I'm with Teksavvy in ygk, using cogeco cable. Whenever I've seen cogeco outage notices, I haven't experienced the same with teksavvy. About 5 years experience with them and no issues, cheaper too. I'm a work from home tech person, no tolerance for outages.

    @cogeco Your service is non existent and your customer service is complete trash. I asked 3 times to pick up a modem in store but they said that it was shipped. It finally arrived today and I called and they said they would call me back. Do you think they did? #fraud #terriblecs
