    @cogeco #Cogeco once again no notification of outages sent to my phone. Still have to wait 30 min on the phone to notify you of the outage instead of just going to page on my phone. When will you take customer service seriously?

    @cogeco The Epico service is absolutely garbage I've had to reset the box 23 times.23.Its lags,it thinks about more, then freezes No buttons on the box or the remote then work. It is to quality as the maple leafs are to stanley cup wins. 23 times in 10 days. You can do the maths

    @NBomb Toronto Hydro had such a network, sold it to Cogeco. Don’t be surprised if the City of Toronto’s network will go the same way eventually. Also, from what I read, this is just trunks/backbone, doesn’t have last mile, expects someone else to do it. (maybe I am wrong).
