    @cogecohelps @cogeco Sorry Jodi but the past four people I've talked to don't really seem to know what's going on, or are suggesting the issue is something that is factually incorrect.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I've sent plenty of DMs, the problem either doesn't exist or is being caused by our hardware (even though I'm plugged directly into the modem). Just tired of being given the run around so I've called some other providers to see what they can offer

    @cogeco @cogecohelps #Cogeco is having a 12 hour internet outage in my neighborhood today. I called and asked if I can be let out of my contract without penalty. They said no because I don't call them every time the internet goes down. Good job guys.

    So absolutely done with @cogeco. Constant false promises and poor tech support these past three weeks have left me no choice but to switch. Windsor peeps help me out which do I get

    @cogecohelps @miller2727 I first became aware of this problem on the morning of Aug 3. After spending a lot of time on the phone providing detailed information to cogeco, emails started trickling in later in the day. I also believe not all arrived or were recovered. Disappointing to learn it's recurring.
