@cogeco @cogecohelps Wondering if you could keep a stable connection for more than 5 minutes? To bad your internet service wasn’t as good as your efficiency to withdraw money from my account monthly.

@FernandaWaheart @cogecohelps @cogeco Its a DNS problem. Change your ip address from DHCP to static and your DNS1 to 8.8.8.8 and DNS2 to 8.8.4.4 These are Google DNS servers

  • commons65091701 commonsense (@commons65091701) reported

@JorgeOdam @cogeco Yes, we should complain but that's all we can do. They still won't give everyone a $1.00 credit for the small inconvenience. Just change your DNS server settings until they get their DNS issue sorted out.

  • MikeEStock Michael E. Stock (@MikeEStock) reported

@cogecohelps My internet (Cogeco) seems to be down for my and my neighbour in the Longmoor and Inverary area. Can you confirm?

  • Melanie76Nicole The Neverending Hell Loop 🇨🇦 (@Melanie76Nicole) reported

@RachelVeres It’s a dns problem you are on cogeco lines but a different dns address is my guess.

@cogecohelps @__maciej__ @cogeco Can we get an update please. I am taking screenshots of the tweets to prove to my work that this isn't my issue

  • DunloweDCD GIlles Langlois (@DunloweDCD) reported

@cogeco Working from home and now I can't work due to this, you really need to update your infrastructure, as good as your customer service is, your actual service sucks.

@cogeco In my 25 years of owning internet this has never happened to me. I’m switching companies.
