@cogecohelps @cogeco The internet service back and running now .My Wi-Fi modern always cut intermittently. Called tech support several times to resolve but no long term solution . Might need new modem!

@cogecohelps As a Cogeco customer I do not recommend it’s now been 5 years of tech support and people coming to my house replacing my modem replacing lines and still I can’t get the speeds I’m paying for I’m supposed to have 1000Mbps but instead I’m only getting 250Mbps they Will blame you

@rcarrick Cogeco the worst . I have to book a minimum of 19 minutes on hold and another 15 minutes to resolve… and trust me, they have zero desire to resolve the problem
