@Sportsnet I’ve logged in 3 times onto your SportsNet iPhone app using my Cogeco account and it still keeps asking me to sign in ! What the hell?!

Everyone in #sarnia is helping our seniors out. @cogeco suggests paying $15 a mo to pause service until it can be transferred, if equipment not reusable it could be up to $600 (eating into limited insurance money). Relocation will have an additional fee as well.

@cogeco need to fix your cogeco wifi app. One of my favorite features from bell was being able to control devices connected to my wifi, being able to block internet access during certain times of day per device connected. Without needing wifi pods.

Update from earlier in the week. @cogeco told us they would not be adjusting any fees for victims of the Fairwinds Fire. A free pause of service for a period of time while situation is assessed was our suggestion but they refused. #sarnia #sarniaobserver @ObserverTerry

@cogeco @cogecohelps y’all customer service is horrible… unable to get internet with you and the only thing I was told was “we refuse to set up services at your address”… what kinda reason is that… was not given any reason as to why either…
