I’ve had no internet or cable for over 24 hours now, and your service has become completely unreliable time and time again. After this, I’ll be switching to @Starlink. HumbertOst (@christiancont) reported@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

Yet again, your website says a fibre line was cut in my neighbourhood and the ETA for repair is over eight hours away.This is ridiculous. It happens too often for it to be an accident.

Scott Dillon (@dillon4412) reported@cogecohelps That's problem with Cogeco. You don't listen. I should get the Detroit feed every night. It makes no sense. I get the Colorado feed. I live a hour from Detroit. I complain a week or so ago. Cogeco switch to the Detroit feed. So I know Cogeco can put on whatever feed they want.
