Wendy Stafford (@WendyStafford14) reported@cogeco Not just Epico were impacted, my normal service was also. During the Grey Cup, screen would go completely black on numerous occasions, pixelated every 30 to 40 seconds. Tried calling tech support to no avail.Can you not handle the customer demand?

Had some tech issues needed a technician just got a $75 technician charge but I’ll fight it tomorrow

So I became an former customer and switched to Bell now that bill is going through the roof. I don’t want to play this game 😡 Just stop gouging me

When Cogeco increased, I checked site and got the best offer for 20 months for the same service. I called Rogers for my parents and lowered their bill by $60+. Calling and asking seems to helps us.

Steve Pipes (@steve_pipes) reportedSigned up for 2Gbps service from @cogeco this morning! Was done very conveniently online through their chat service and had the modem in 2 hours! Got home and set it up and only have 1Gbps! Now I have been on the phone with 3 agents who can’t help! @cogecohelps #help
