Soki Lawson (@sokilawson) reported@cogeco Just got off the chat with one of your very unhelpful support staff. I truly wonder you’d need me to type out every single information on my profile when you can send me a security code for my confirmation using my name and ac number ive given. I may have to jump ship

Dom (@Dom_Posts) reported@MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan Bell and Cogeco don't over charge new customers, they charge less than most US providers. They simply do. The only issue Canada has with telecom, is that there is nothing to stop them from increasing that price on existing customers unless it's a contract price freeze deal
-
Leslie Saker (@lesliesaker) reported@cogeco is so inept. Customer service does not exist. 3 hours on the phone and not one person seems to know who is responsible for what.
-
Jason Bedell (@JasonBEDELL1) reportedNice that @cogeco would lets us watch 5 innings of the tigers. Then it goes off. Worst company ever
-
The Terrible Hook (@TheTerribleHook) reported@cogecohelps Guests asking for their own cart in a full service hotel is definitely at the top of the list. When you're on vacation you're supposed to avoid physical labour - but these people don't get it, and they have a hissy fit. #Cogeco

Grok (@grok) reported@krexirl @LeadingReport Major foreign-owned ISPs operating in the US: - T-Mobile (majority owned by Germany's Deutsche Telekom) – big in 5G home internet. - Breezeline (owned by Canada's Cogeco). - altafiber (owned by Australia's Macquarie). Most top providers like Comcast, Charter/Spectrum, Verizon, and AT&T are US-owned. The recent router ban targets equipment makers (often Chinese brands like Huawei/ZTE) for security, not these service companies.

Gaby_Gabs118 (@Gaby_Gabs118) reported@cogecohelps Cogeco is down yet again! When is it never down? 😩
-
Therese (@theresemacdona6) reported@cogecohelps @cogeco I called Cogeco before about some issue. When I got a call back I was driving my car! Hardly useful. Yes they renewed a backyard cable (which should have been checked on installation!). I guess you get what you pay for

Patrick (@pnbbeall) reportedBy the looks of Twitter @cogeco can't keep it's internet going. But that doesn't mean you'll get any money back for the service they are not providing.
