@cogeco @cogecohelps so yet another outage and no updates or info. Hard to run a home business when cogecos service drops so often and the customer service is about as reliable.

@cogeco I was put on hold for over an hour then got cut off. I called in again and explained the situation and I was put on hold AGAIN! This is poor customer service.

@cogecohelps Please save your canned responses. If Cogeco was a car it would be in a scrap pile already for the amount of issues. How about you run a secondary fiber connection to the area so this doesn't happen.

@cogecohelps @lauralittlewd @cogeco Good morning, I agree with Laura, we pay so much for internet. I rely on internet for my job, I am now using my personal data to be able to work, once my data runs out today, I will be needing to take vacation time for this issue. Super annoying.

@cogeco Come get your @breezeline service and fix it. Bring us back WOW! That would be an even quicker fix.
