@menvael @cogeco Site had issue resolved at 5:22 on the first one followed by another ticket opened at 5:18 🤷🤷 don't get why they did that. No service here still either

@cogeco There are customers at the condo building on Riverside Dr. W just past Crawford that still have no services. Haven't seen a single return of service today even during that brief period we receives texts that the problem was resolved. Thanks for your work, but frustrating.

@cogeco N9A 5J3 received a message from company saying problem has been resolved I restarted my modem twice now 15 apart still nothing please help Cogeco
