@cogeco @cityburlington @cogeco — you guys officially have the worst customer support in the market. My bill jumped from $70 to $140 because my “promotion ended.” Even in the worst case, $140 for 1 Gbps is robbery.

@ryangerritsen It took me 4 hours on the phone and 3 weeks later I finally got Cogeco to stop my service. There are rules on the books now but they have you got around and around leading nowhere. This is why we need competition up here for the 3 big suppliers to shake in their boots.

@cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

Renegotiate with @Bell we just moved house 2 months ago left Cogeco, Bell gave us a 2 yr deal $80/month I only wanted their best wifi they threw in basic cable and landline. Had some tech issues needed a technician just got a $75 technician charge but I’ll fight it tomorrow
