@Fidomobile Sorry to say, but it does everything but help, Cheniette! Should have a failsafe to connect to a live agent if somebody wants to, as opposed to forcibly offering a callback! I did book a callback though, and will look forward to discussing what’s going on! This has me concerned!

Any exec who believes AI chat assistants as a viable alternative to live customer service, have yet to see boomers, Gen X’s wrath play out. Are you that committed to losing more customers who have questions over unannounced price increases to their plans? @Rogers @Fidomobile
