Hey @Fidomobile, I bought a BYOD plan online and ported my number over, but my eSIM is still stuck on SOS after 24 hrs. I can’t call or text, and AskJack is telling me to schedule a call (how, if I have no service?). Please check DMs and help me fix this ASAP.

@Fidomobile I scheduled a call back for the next day to change my account. I get the call back and the service rep hangs up on me or “disconnected”. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to schedule another call back. This isn’t available online, please can someone just help today?

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I don't know whether I should say that it's working again. It is, but a phone service that only works for part of the day is not ideal. I highly recommend that people avoid Fido. Is Fido affiliated with Rogers? @Rogers ... Yep owned by Rogers. Will avoid them too then.

@Fidomobile hey Fido thought when there’s an outage my cell should work. Barely does with this @rogers outage today. One bar and I have tons of cellular data. 😡😡😡😡 funny it works here on x go figure!
