    @Fidomobile hello my name is Raymond Gratto phone number is 514 961 8824. When I go into my messages and click on Fido Extras when I ick on check it out it doesn't do anything just goes back to my home page showing my date usage etc... Please help. I do have the latest version

    @Fidomobile As a 10yr old customer not satisfied the way you deal. Whoever coming in newly enjoying so many benefits but not us. The way customer care dealing is also not good. First time feeling not good about Fido. Don't know what to do...

    @Amandajoness11 @Fidomobile And wth the fido app is called "my account"? It's always a pain to find it on the phone because the name is not related to the service. It's name should be something like "my fido" or "fido account"

    @Fidomobile Worst customer service. Waiting period 3hrs to connect to customer care and long wait for chat live but after fee hr phone automatically get disconnected.#fido

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions man you really are making a liar out of me. I couldn’t say anything bad about the service you gave me, so I convinced my parents to sign up (transfer one phone, one new phone and new internet). I can’t emphasize the disappointment and no resolutions?

    If you're thinking of getting anything with @Fidomobile, don't do it! Customer service is deplorable, plans are crap compared to Rogers, and they only offer empty apologizes, they do not value their loyal customers whatsoever. You can take back my modem nd new Note 20 Ultra! Done

    @Fidomobile from the best customer service to the worst customer service in less than 2 years. Incompetent, unreasonable, slow. After over 15 years as a customer I am in the process of returning my handset and taking my business elsewhere.

    @Fidomobile is trying to charge me roaming fees for driving close to the US when I'm not even ALLOWED to drive across a border. Wait time to speak to a rep to fix the charge? 1.5 hours.

    Our internet by #FIDO has been disconnected all day and we've been trying to connect with them and find a solution since 2:30 PM. It is now 7:30 PM and --nothing. Still on the phone. Still going nowhere with this. #DayWasted @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions
