@Fidomobile hello my name is Raymond Gratto phone number is 514 961 8824. When I go into my messages and click on Fido Extras when I ick on check it out it doesn't do anything just goes back to my home page showing my date usage etc... Please help. I do have the latest version

@Amandajoness11 @Fidomobile And wth the fido app is called "my account"? It's always a pain to find it on the phone because the name is not related to the service. It's name should be something like "my fido" or "fido account"

@Fidomobile Hi Fido! I received a call from your Fido office (844) 379-4293 at 9:13am this morning. The person said he’s a Fido supervisor. He threatened me that if I continued to complain on Fido social media or to Fido customer service via phone calls, he will kick me out of Fido service.

@Fidomobile You know what? I’m not furious anymore. I think it’s very interesting. The supervisor was very rude but serious and looked like he got the universal truth on his side. He treated me as an enemy instead of a customer. I want to remind him “calm down”!

Hey @Fidomobile, I've been trying to sort out my referral credit for months now and keep getting the run-around. I keep getting transferred to the wrong department and I find it surprising it's this difficult to fix a credit issue. Please help!

I have a billing discrepancy, and I am very disappointed with the @Fidomobile customer service. We had an "ongoing" offer for 1000 international minutes when we added a line. Suddenly, the minutes expire, and we have to face an 800$ + extra bill!
