@Fidomobile hello my name is Raymond Gratto phone number is 514 961 8824. When I go into my messages and click on Fido Extras when I ick on check it out it doesn't do anything just goes back to my home page showing my date usage etc... Please help. I do have the latest version

@Fidomobile As a 10yr old customer not satisfied the way you deal. Whoever coming in newly enjoying so many benefits but not us. The way customer care dealing is also not good. First time feeling not good about Fido. Don't know what to do...

What's with the device upgrade thing with fido @Fidomobile. Do they actually give one? I placed my order on August 1st and they ghosted me completely after that. they will lure the customers for an upgrade in plan to get a device but the device never comes to u..****** service!!

@Fidomobile I would like to file a formal complaint with Fido management for their roaming charges. Basically the customers are charged for roaming at $15 per day regardless if they use this service. This is totally unacceptable.

@Fidomobile Your “add an extra 5 hours of data” program is BS. It doesn’t work and you ALWAYS get an error “please connect to the Fido Network” 25 times I’ve tried.

@Fidomobile I need help removing the Fido connection. From day 1 I have been cheated. A girl who was selling a sim at the airport was assigned to a higher cost plan of $53 though I told her I need $45. It's not fair for students to pay a $101 phone bill for a month .

@Fidomobile Hi, I really need urgent support from the Fido team. I am a student from India, brought sim on 4th Sept and paid 1st-month bill. The New Oct 5th invoice shows a $101 amount which is surprising, I checked the bill I got charged $48 extra with additional call charges.
