@Fidomobile hello my name is Raymond Gratto phone number is 514 961 8824. When I go into my messages and click on Fido Extras when I ick on check it out it doesn't do anything just goes back to my home page showing my date usage etc... Please help. I do have the latest version

@Fidomobile The most interesting piece was when your Customer Service rep said I needed to have it in AIRPLANE MODE when making wifi calls :) I would like to remind you that your website does not say that ANYWHERE. If that's the case, please send and updated link to your billing protocols.

@Berry_xox @Fidomobile I was charged 1500 for a phone I returned. Fido took no responsibility for their customer service that made false claims and promises leaving it to me to have to deal with finally days later,I've proved I'm not a liar.

@Fidomobile is a cheat. They called stating various promotions and thus ported for better deals. But now when I ask them for those credits they state this isn’t mentioned and we can’t apply. Such fake service providers!!!!#fido #fakeservices #badcustomerservice
