@Amandajoness11 @Fidomobile And wth the fido app is called "my account"? It's always a pain to find it on the phone because the name is not related to the service. It's name should be something like "my fido" or "fido account"

@Fidomobile hello my name is Raymond Gratto phone number is 514 961 8824. When I go into my messages and click on Fido Extras when I ick on check it out it doesn't do anything just goes back to my home page showing my date usage etc... Please help. I do have the latest version

@Fidomobile I changed the plan and locked the number on 12/18 starting from the next billing cycle. I just received a bill charges the same for the "next billing cycle". Can't contact you via phone as I am out of the country, and I did specifically told the rep about this. HELP!!

@Fidomobile from the best customer service to the worst customer service in less than 2 years. Incompetent, unreasonable, slow. After over 15 years as a customer I am in the process of returning my handset and taking my business elsewhere.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions man you really are making a liar out of me. I couldn’t say anything bad about the service you gave me, so I convinced my parents to sign up (transfer one phone, one new phone and new internet). I can’t emphasize the disappointment and no resolutions?
