Hi, @Fidomobile, disappointed with the service & how issue is being handled. I have been using Fido for last 4 years and deserve better treatment. feel like being scammed. I hv ordered a device and got a faulty one. returned the device bt still forced to use a bigger plan

@Fidomobile so it's not bad enough I have to wait 5 1/2 hours to talk to someone, now you send me a text saying their call can be any time between 730 and 8. Why the hell did I pick a time? Yeah, once my phones paid off I'm gone, this is BS.

@Fidomobile Worst company to deal with Not able to communicate with them Last conversation 70 minutes they said all will be ok ,not ok issues were not resolved I can't believe this company can be allowed to exist
