It was hard time to fix my plan to get their offer.. almost I spent 1 week.. everyday I need to contact Fido. Finally one of upper management lady contact me and fixed. @Fidomobile extremely unsatisfied with the service given by fido, They dont listen to customer problem . Big mistake to be a fido customer, there are better plans with other carriers and much good customer service.
