    @Amandajoness11 @Fidomobile And wth the fido app is called "my account"? It's always a pain to find it on the phone because the name is not related to the service. It's name should be something like "my fido" or "fido account"

    @Fidomobile As a 10yr old customer not satisfied the way you deal. Whoever coming in newly enjoying so many benefits but not us. The way customer care dealing is also not good. First time feeling not good about Fido. Don't know what to do...

    @Fidomobile hello my name is Raymond Gratto phone number is 514 961 8824. When I go into my messages and click on Fido Extras when I ick on check it out it doesn't do anything just goes back to my home page showing my date usage etc... Please help. I do have the latest version

    Ordered a phone +2 months ago and still haven't received a single update regarding the phone and no response. By far the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life is @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions . I'm done. Changing my service.

    @Fidomobile Your customer service is APPALLING. The Ask Jack so called live chat is confusing, I’ve tried Twitter DM and no response from Fido. Currently on hold for almost an hour when told the wait time was approx 15 mins. Been a customer for 8yrs…

    @akctba @Fidomobile As much as I love Fido I agree with you, almost three years being a customer entering contests Everyday I never win..something is Fishy to say the least. With the free service for a year 10 Winners per month and still haven’t Won that is concerning to me..

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions very bad resolution of Issue with set up service !!! And neglected answer by Supervisor from fido- Nova Scotia -KELLY. Stop giving tempting call to old customers if you not want to give them what you offered. And have Courage to investigate!! Shame !!

    @Fidomobile I just received what I presume is a scam text message about the "outage last week" and "to compromise" click on the link. The reason I think it's a scam is that it's illiterate and I don't think Fido would send such a message. Want to know more just let me know.

    @Fidomobile fido is a Scam of a company that never ends the contract and sends bills months after canceling. Never once calling to speak & wasting my time trying to chase them down. Why do I need to use all my time to fix their problems. You never gave me internet service!

    @Fidomobile 3 hours on phone . Missed out on Black Friday promotions and AirPods. Been a customer for over 5 years. One of the most unpleasant Black Friday experiences and a waste of a day in a very long time. Thanks for all the problems Fido.
