    @Amandajoness11 @Fidomobile And wth the fido app is called "my account"? It's always a pain to find it on the phone because the name is not related to the service. It's name should be something like "my fido" or "fido account"

    @Fidomobile hello my name is Raymond Gratto phone number is 514 961 8824. When I go into my messages and click on Fido Extras when I ick on check it out it doesn't do anything just goes back to my home page showing my date usage etc... Please help. I do have the latest version

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I just got back on the Fido network after the crazy outrage yesterday, and I randomly got a text saying “welcome to the US- your roaming is on”, but I’m not in the US. What’s happening here? Is this a glitch caused by the outage? Am I being charged

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile It’s going off and on & it’s more off the cell service than on. Plus when I call out it goes to 3G. The internet doesn’t even work in my cell without wifi. It’s still very unreliable.

    I’m with @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions and still no mobile service / coverage. I really hate paying over $100 for this. No more @RogersHelps after my plan is over in December, I’ll be switching providers asap.

    I travelled 2 weeks ago to Mexico and automatically @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions activated the Fido Roaming without asking me. And yesterday we had no phone/internet service all day long. Please avoid this company #Rogers / #Fido and try a different one.

    @Fidomobile On with chat so called expert ONE HOUR and Still no resolution. they say they will transfer to tech support. STILL WAITING! WTF? fido how long does it take to transfer someone?
