@Fidomobile hello my name is Raymond Gratto phone number is 514 961 8824. When I go into my messages and click on Fido Extras when I ick on check it out it doesn't do anything just goes back to my home page showing my date usage etc... Please help. I do have the latest version

If you are thinking of switching to @Fidomobile consider this. I switched from Bell yesterday. I cant’t send or receive texts. I spent 90 minutes on chat and they said I’d have to wait 24 to 72 hours for tech support to get back to me. In my opinion Fido is not a good phone co.

@FidoSolutions Got new phone from @BestBuyCanada as i was existing customer of @Fidomobile the plan discount agreed on 26 Dec was suddenly changed to no discount on 27 Dec, got an email stating that. What is this fake and scam you are running trying to lure customers bad practice

Hi Fido, I have been charged $68 unnecessarily for making international calls when my plan includes 1000 mins of free international calling. I called your customer care but they have been of no use and very rude. PLEASE HELP! @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

@Fidomobile Awful experience as a first-time customer. Never received my referral bonus despite being approved with confirmation email as proof. Customer support was entirely unhelpful as they are now unable to locate the referral. Complete waste of time.

@Fidomobile extremely unsatisfied with the service given by fido, They dont listen to customer problem . Big mistake to be a fido customer, there are better plans with other carriers and much good customer service.

After 20 years as a @Fidomobile customer, I left today for @Rogers (which I realize is the same company). September 26, 2002-December 28, 2022.
