Worst customer service I experienced in the last 2 months. I returned the device which I got wrong, even though I waited a lot for a new device after that, I returned the device and it's been a week and still, I didn't get my refund.@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile

  • waterbuffalo888 Tir (@waterbuffalo888) reported

@Fidomobile customer care failure. You cannot call to speak to an agent and askJack is a technical flop. Looks like Fido is dead.

@Fidomobile Removing access to agents over the phone is cost effective. However, your online chat option needs to be more robust. I’m having a horrible experience trying to get an unused charge removed from my bill. #Fido #Rogers

@Fidomobile why don’t you support Apple Watch cellular?

3 days without Fido internet in the mornings, what is going on??? No messages, no answers, simply an "outage" that is now looking like it has been planned, How about a warning to your customers??? @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions
