@doe_nadine @Fidomobile Hey, Nadine! Majority of our customers' have been restored, we're working hard on the remaining of our customers! You will receive a credit on your account equivalent to two days of service. Don't hesitate if you have any other questions! -Rania

  • m_lefave15 Mike Lefave (@m_lefave15) reported

@ManuelVeth @Fidomobile This is the second time in just over a year they’ve had basically a full scale outage. Last time it was luckily just cell service. Our Rogers fog ones are back but my Fido internet is still being spotty. Rogers most likely losing a bunch of clients

  • sysrom system romance (@sysrom) reported

@Fidomobile 5) I wasn't able to talk to a customer service agent today, and instead was given a link to a virtual assistant that made me jump through some hoops to schedule a callback. I am going a little bananas here.

  • ManuelVeth Manuel Veth (@ManuelVeth) reported

Appreciate the apology from Rogers but a one day credit is a joke especially as my @Fidomobile is still having massive issues today. I think at this stage the entire month should be free.
