    @Fidomobile no internet for 3 days now. Can't get to tech support. Fido says it's aware of the problem. So what's the problem! I'm getting so done with this company

    Hey @FidoSolutions don’t know what’s happening with your staffing. Called to inq about a plan that was offered; rep Joe said nothing doc by prev female rep. Another bad csr experience! Been w Rogers and Fido for 20yrs and this is was loyalty get; frustration!

    @enmand @Bell It's totally unlimited. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.
