@Fidomobile Your app is seriously flawed. That is the 3rd time in a year that the xtra banner is gone from the menu. 1st time took more than a month to fix itself on it's own, 2nd time got fixed when i changed phone and now it happened again 3 1/2 months after i get this new phone. Ticket

@Fidomobile worst customer service ever. They rude and incompetent.
3/3 The customer support experience is really pathetic. I found them to be very incompetent. They ask the same information repetitively. @Fidomobile on the other hand charges 7$/mo as temporary suspension fees on top of device. This is logical. Not full monthly plan + device.

@FidoSolutions My acc#920137296, I never active SIM card and signed any agreement. I called customer service, they can’t do anything transfer me to cancellation department, cancellation department transfer me back to customer service. Why I have to pay Fido, and why can’t cancel @Fidomobile
@virginmobileCA worst service.. after offering a plan which was suggested by virgin representative.. called back and said they cannot give the plan.. Please move to @Fidomobile or @RogersMobileCa
@Fidomobile Today I had the worst customer service experience with 2 different Fido representatives in my 15 years that I have been a Fido customer. I would not recommend or refer a friend to Fido under any circumstances.
